"I'm your brother" He said and my mouth dropped.

"What you mean I don't have no brother" I looked at him like he was crazy.

"Who at the door Diamond?" My mama came out the kitchen and asked.

"You had a son?" I bluntly asked.

"Huh what are you talking about" My mama said confused.

"Mama this man look exactly like Layla so do you have a son" I repeated.

"Yes I did but he was taken from me when he was a baby" She sighed.

"Wow and you didn't think to tell me I had a brother come in" I told him.

"Andrew" My mama said and ran to him and hugged him.

"Hey mama" He said and hugged her back.

"Come on let's talk I'm sure you have a lot of questions" My mama said taking him to the living room as I went upstairs and got my duffel bag.I put my toothbrush(toothpaste and mouthwash), my deodorant, some clothes and my MacBook in the bag and left out the room.

"Diamond come and sit down we was waiting on you" My mama said.

"Right now is really not the time" I sighed.

"I don't care now come and sit down so we can talk" She bucked her eyes at me.

"First off I really don't wanna talk to you because I have a whole other sibling and you didn't tell me. At that a brother you out of all people you know how much I wanted a brother when stuff happened that I couldn't talk to my sisters about. And lastly Marquis in the hospital for some shit that was my fault" I snapped.

"You done now" My mama said and I looked at her in disbelief.

"Can you come outside with me right quick?" I asked Andrew and he nodded and followed me out the door.

"What's up?" He asked.

"Can I see your phone" I said.

"Yeah here" He unlocked it and handed it to me.

"Here's my number call me and we can meet up and talk" I handed him his phone back and went to my car.

"Ight see ya later" He said and I waved.

"Hello" I said biting my lip trying not to cry.

"What's wrong" Harmoni asked looking all in the camera.

"Nothing" I lied putting the phone in my lap staring up the car.

"You lying where you at ima slide" She said and I heard shuffling.

"I'm going back to the hospital" I lowly said.

"Ok I'll be there have you ate anything want me to bring you some food?"

"No I had some breakfast I'm fine"

"Girl it's 12 o'clock when you last ate?"

"At like 9:20"

"Girl ima bring you some" She said and hung up.

At the hospital

I walked in the room and saw a big buff man that I didn't know.

"Who are you and why you in his room" I mugged dude.

"Don't talk to me like that girl"He mugged me back and I scrunched my face up.

"Nigga ion know who you think you talking to hell I'll get my brothers to blow yo brains out better ask bout me" I said and put emphasis on you.

"You don't wanna mess with me" He pulled his gun out and held it up to my head.

"Pull it ion wanna be here anyways" I shrugged as Harmoni and Chris walked in.

"Yo man Tyshawn what the fuck you doing put the gun down" Chris yelled at him.

"This lil bitch was talking big shit" Tyshawn said.

"Shut yo bitch ass up you ain't nun but the weed nigga" I laughed.

"How you know me" Tyshawn asked sizing me up.

"Pipe down lil nigga and him" I said pointing to O.

"What you is to O?" He asked.

"To many damn questions that's my nigga" I said frustrated.

"Ohh you Diamond my bad for that lil incident but you gotta mouth on you" He said relaxing.

"The hell nigga how you know my government" I raised my eyebrow.

"That nigga be talking about you all the time" He chuckled.

"Aw well call me D" I said side eyeing him.

"Girlll hm" Harmoni said handing me my food.

"She didn't just say call her D" Chris started laughing.

"Thanks and yeah I gotta have a street name now ion like random people saying my government" I mugged Chris.

"My nigga said a street name" Harmoni started laughing.

"Get off my top" I mugged all them.

"How long you and O been together?" Tyshawn asked.

"Business mind yours" I mugged him.

"Ian tryna invade y'all space or nun but I wanna know" Tyshawn said.

"We ain't even together just talking" I said.

"How long y'all been talking cause he don't even do relationships" Tyshawn looked surprised.

"Nigga he gone do a relationship with me" I mugged him counting eating my food.

After I finished eating my food we all talked and then they left when Jt and Markell came. They left at like 9 something and I went to sleep a little after that.
