James was in shock. Erin pulled back.
"Omg i'm so sorry i don't know"
But this time it was erins sentence cut off as james kissed her back.
James was just as shocked as she was.

When they pulled back, erin mumbled
"I... erm... have to... get back before my mum knows i'm gone"
"Yeah i should probably get back before Diedre notices i'm not there too..."
"Bye... mate" erin said, but oh no, friend zoning someone she just had a full on kiss with was not the most cringe worthy thing she did, when walking a way she did, no word of a lie, finger guns. Yes, finger guns, i know.

Erins POV:
Omg what happened, i thought, I kissed james. I kissed my best friend. I kissed my best friends cousin. What did i do. He kissed me back. James kissed me back. My best friends cousin kissed me back.
I then realised something. I had friend zoned him.
The first boy I kissed EVER, and i friend zone him, omg what an idiot.

I realised i was at my house, i slowly open the door, it was at this moment i realised id never snuck in before. And by the looks of it it was gonna be the last time...

"Where have you been?!!! Ive been worried sick!" Ma Mary says as erin opens the door.
"I... was tidying up after the prom."
"FOR SIX HOURS! Do you think i came up the foyle in a bubble? You do know its a school morning!"
"Which is exactly why i would like to get some sleep"
I ran upstairs. I opened my diary and wrote down the nights events.
"YOU KISSED JAMES." Orla yelled from over my shoulder.
"What! How do you know that"
"I saw you write it down"
"Okay... you cant tell anyone though"
"Cant tell anyone what?"
"Exactly..."
"No seriously ive forgotten... OMG YOU KISSED JAMES"
"Shhhhh mammy will hear you! Yes, but you cant tell michelle or clare!"
Orla made a gesture that she was locking her lips.
"Good, now i need to get ready for school"
