Hirugami: You Could Call It Love

You had walked down the halls of your dormitory looking for your room.

It was your first day and ended up rooming with someone random. You didn't have any friends at the college you decided to go to. You also couldn't care less about being on a mixed floor.

You silently made your way to the room while dragging your luggage.

After a bit, you found the room. The door read 320. You pulled out the key from your pocket. You unlocked the door and stepped inside.

The main room was fairly spacey but it was small. There were two loft beds up against each wall, a window on the wall in between, two dressers and two closets.

Whoever your roommate was, already seemed to have been here. Their bed was made and most of their things were unpacked.

You turned and saw another door. You listened closely and heard running water.

'I guess we have a personal bathroom, nice.'

You continued further into the room and set your luggage down. You also had some boxes of your belongings pre-moved, to make things easier for you.

You proceeded to sit down and unbox everything to get yourself organized.

About halfway through, you heard the door to the bathroom open. You looked up and was met with the sight of a boy who had curly, light brown hair and brown eyes.

He was only in a towel and he stood there mouth hanging open. You eyed him up and down and he noticed. It wasn't obvious but, internally you were screaming. He was really hot. After a few moments, his cheeks turned pink.

"Are you really my roommate?" He asked. You locked eyes with him and nodded. "Yes, I'm in the right room. All my stuff got sent here."

"Ah, I see." He acknowledged and went to his dresser. He grabbed some clothes and headed back to the bathroom. "Ill get dressed. Continue what you were doing." He said awkwardly closing the door.

You hummed and proceeded to unpack and organize everything. Though, you couldn't get the image of your roommate's well toned body, out of your mind. When you realized you were thinking about it, you slapped your cheeks and made sure to focus.

Moments later he came back out of the bathroom, fully dressed. He had gray shorts on and a light blue crew neck. "So...? What's your name? I didn't read my sheet." He questioned. You looked at him and replied. "It's L/N Y/N, and you?"

His eyes went wide and studied you. "It really is you, isn't it..." he mumbled and you could barely hear it. "The name's Hirugami, Hirugami Sachiro."

That's when it hit you.

"Hirugami? From Kamomedai?" You thought aloud. He nodded with a smile. "So you do remember me." He stated. You hummed and got up since you already had everything set out. You picked up a few things and started to place them where they belong.

"What courses are you taking?" He asked as he sat on the chair under his bed. You didn't look at him and answered. "Biology, Math, Biochemistry, Physics, Organic Chemistry, Cellular Biology and Zoology."

He hummed looking at your back. "You have a lot of similar classes with the ones I chose. Are you going to be a vet or something?" He chuckled. You turned quickly and stared wide eyed. "You're gonna be a vet too?!"

He nodded and studied your surprised yet excited expression. "Funny how we're roommates with similar prerequisites, we even went to the same high school." You laughed.
