Luna - Randall Carpio

Chapter 8

"Dysmenorrhea" Hamish says as everyone in the room looks around awkwardly yet the tension in the room was so high that it could be cut with a knife so they decided to throw a ball around to make it less awkward

"Serve period cramp" Randall answers the next question that Hamish has been asking the boy to help him study for his next mrs exam that was coming up in a few days time.  Octavia rolls her eyes and groans in annoyance with furrowed eyebrows at the thought of how painful period cramps could get though being a werewolf did slightly hell with the pain

"Have you heard from Morton yet?" Liliths asks impatiently as she leans over the couch and holds her body up on it with her muscler arms and sends a questioning look towards randall and Octavia who were both sitting together on the couch, the boy had his arms wrapped around her while she was cuddled up into his side and was clinging onto him like a koala

"Nope" both Octavia and Randall sigh and Octavia frowns over at Lilith and shrugs her shoulders and she could tell that Lilith was ready to do something wrong and it wouldn't be too long until the girl couldn't hold herself back anymore. But Octavia wasn't going to let Jack die, she was ready to risk her life for his just like she was with the rest of them. Silverback chose him for a reason and Octavia trusted them hides judgement and Luna also felt protective over the boy like a mother to a son

"I'm sure we'll hear from him soon. He's going to do something stupid and then he is going to run to us for help and then we will help him understand how to control the wolf. It's as simple as that. You just need to be a little more patient Lil" Octavia says to her Best friend to try and explain the situation to her and her Lilith to see her and Randall's side instead of just seeing the need to have jacks bloods over her hands

"I don't like being patient" Lilith whines angrily which makes Octavia grin and let out a small chuckle as she observed the anger that was written over the girls face. It wasn't knew to see Lilith so worked up and none of the wolves expected anything else. Somehow Octavia often saw humour in the girls anger but she could relate to it. Luna and Octavia both could get extremely violent and angry when it came to protecting their loved ones. They were strong, ruthless, cunning, loyal, brave and ambitious deep down but on the surface they were kind, soft and friendly.

"Adenomyosis" Hamish quizez the next word and looks to Randall for the answer who's eyes lit up due to the fact that he knew the answer and he grinned cheerfully

"Did you at least check on him" Lilith asks the couple again which causes the grin to leave Randall's face and Octavia to rub her hand down her face

"Endometrial tissue in the uterine lining" Randall answers and then answers liliths question "why would I?"

"Because he is an untrained rogue wolf" Lilith says in a matter of a fact tone and looked at Randall as if he were stupid for asking that 

"All of us were once upon a time lil. Not all of us just wanted to get straight into it you know, and Jack wasn't exactly asked if he wanted to become a werewolf it was just forced on him you know? You can't blame the kid for being iffy about it, that's all I'm saying" Octavia says and turns to look at Lilith with pleading eyes "just give him some time"

"You're the alpha. you're meant to make good decisions that will help protect the pack and make it stronger and keeping Morton alive isn't exactly a good decisions. It isn't going to help the pack" Lilith says angrily as she looks at the alpha

"Who said I wanted to be an alpha. I don't like responsibility, it scares me" Octavia admitted angrily  but all of them knew it. She wasn't responsible and she never would be unless she really had to be and when she had to be she was the most responsible out of all of them

"Well the she alpha picked you for a reason" Lilith says back angrily

"Come on Lilith calm down" Randall says and looks over at the girl angrily due to how she had talked to Octavia  "besides. Jack could become part of the pack too, he's not a rogue wolf. If anything he is an emotionaly unavailabile wolf"

This makes Octavia laugh at the boys choice of words "great thinking babe. Gold choice of words"

Lilith snatches the ball away from Randall as he chucks it up into the air and then she growls "we don't know what he is up to. Or who he is talking too"

"Like you Weren't overwhelmed when you first changed" Randall says to defend jack

"Are we seriously bringing this back up again? And your point is?" Lilith asks and stops pacing around the room and looks at them encroudesly

"He needs some time" Randall and Octavia both answer with a sigh and Ella plays with the boys hand and traces the lines on his palm which somehow managed to calm the both of them down

"Tavia wants to give him some more time so We'll let him process a little longer" Hamish says finally and sends a quick nod over to Octavia who grins up at him happily

The familiar painful ringing started to echo through each of the werewolves heads and they all looked at each other in annoyance

"Right now?" Octavia groaned in annoyance and then pouts with her bottom lip sticking out "I was enjoying my drink"

"Seriously" Lilith says, also annoyed from the ringing "again?"

"Let's go" Octavia sighs and stands up from the couch and places her drink that Hamish has made her on the table infront of where she was sitting "my drink better still be cold when we get back"

They all begin to walk out Of the house to see who was using dark magic and to stop them

"Well this is going to be fun" Octavia grins sarcastically

"Just a quick patrol around the city" Hamish adds

"20th time is the charm" Lilith says sarcastically
