" What are you doing" I asked the handsome guy who stood on my way
"Came to talk to you" he said
"Okay?"
"Do you know who I am" he asked
"No I don't" I said
"I'm Xavier King" he said as he brought his hand so I can shake it which I did
" I'm Crystal Woods" I said with a small smile
"Ok I'll get to the point now" he said and I nodded
"We are getting married" he said sternly
"Excuse me" I shouted
"We have been arranged to get married by our parents" he said without any emotions
"I think you are mistaken my parents died three years ago" I said remembering them
"I know I have waited for four good years for you now it's time for you to be MINE" he stated
"Your parents were going to tell you the day they died, we had a meeting before they left to go home and shortly after I learnt they died" he said
"How is this even possible,we don't know or love each other" I said
"Trust me I don't like you either" he said
"What do you mean by that" I said as I rolled my eyes
"Look this is a mistake I'm not marrying you " I said as I was heading for the door before he grabbed my arm and pulled me to him. I could feel his minty breath on my face and his warmth that made me almost lean closer to him
"Look I'm giving you one week to get your shit together and come live with me so we can plan this stupid wedding" he shouted as he released me and left
"What's happening" I muttered to myself as I left to meet my sister
"Hey sis can I ask you something" I asked
"Yeah sure" she said
"Who is Xavier King" she didn't answer so I continued
"Why the fuck is he talking about marriage" I shouted
"Shit Crystal I'm so sorry I wanted to tell you but I didn't think you were ready. Mum and dad were supposed to tell you before they died, his family owns part of our company and because of the closeness between his parents and ours they wanted to be family and chose you both to marry" she sighed and continued " I'm sorry but it's a contract you have to do it Crystal I'm sorry" she said but I hugged her not wanting to ruin her happy day
