Time went in slow motion as the truck went towards the short grandma. Poor lady, she doesn't even know it's coming at her. As if reflexes, Ryujin ran towards the grandma and pulled her out of the way, just in time as The truck went by no problem without hurting anyone.
However, the grandma suffered from a shock, and she fainted. Ryujin was quick to yell to the nearest person to call an ambulance, for both her arms are occupied holding the lady. The person Ryujin yelled at immediately called the hospital, and not long after, an ambulance arrived.
"Minor shock. she's gonna be okay! good thing she didn't get hit. take her in the ambulance." One of the medics stated while the rest nodded and took the grandma inside. "Miss, thanks to your fast reflexes, she's gonna be ok. if you didn't pull her, she might've not made it." the paramedic smiled. hearing this, ryujin's heart skipped a beat. she just saved someone!
"do come with us to the hospital. i'm pretty sure this lady would love to meet her savior!" the medic suggested. ryujin smiled, "of course." she said as she went inside the ambulance also.
the hospital wasn't far from the accident. they arrived in probably 15-20 minutes. the medics in the ambulance were chill. they knew the grandma was going to be okay since ryujin saved her.
