- Referred to as either SCP-106 or The Old Man by staff.
- Also nicknamed Larry, but the few who use that name are often either the other SCPs that know about it or newer personnel.
-Smells awful, like a rotting corpse mixed with something metallic.
-Not very agile, but unexpectedly strong.
-SCP-106 used to be human, but now that is only apparent in its humanoid appearance and intelligence. It acts like a predator with no empathy, seeing people as little more than prey, but has the capability for planning and takes sadistic joy from torturing things.
-It will not attack the SCPs that are clearly inhuman, such as 049 or 096, if it meets them, ignoring them instead.
-It prefers its prey with a face to express pain, and some knowledge of what's happening to them, which is why it tends to avoid very young or old people.
