Annie could feel the muscles of her chin tremble like a small child, There's static in her head once more, the side effect of the constant fear, constant stress she lived with.
"Anna?" At the sound of her mother's trembling voice, It takes somethin...

I only want you.
His back was slumped against the outside of the white painted building, surrounded by trees, the sun was just coming up and his blue eyes watched it rise. It bloomed on the horizon, golden petals stretching ever outwards into the rich blue. It is the brilliant flower of the sky that warms our days. It is the invitation to a new day, that sunrise so ordinary extraordinary. He couldn't recall seeing something so beautiful in his life, and then he saw her. His Annie. She strutted up the hill with that familiar sweet smile on her stunning face and he realised the sun was nothing in comparison to her beauty, her smile, her soul, her presence. A part of him smiled at the fact that not even the biggest star could outshine Sparkhill's Sallyanna, it had nothing on her.
"Sorry, Alison took extra time to fall asleep for some reason." She rolled her eyes, jokingly
His legs worked faster than his brain for a second and he stumbled trying to get up. She had that effect on him, she was compelling, he couldn't think of anyone else in her presence, she consumed all of his thoughts. She was his present, his now and his future (he hoped).
"I brought coins!" She exclaimed.
As she got closer he retrieved the coins from her small hand, placing the coins on the ground. "We'll make a wish, but first."
Moments later, his hands were on either sides of her face, pushing little hairs away. His thumb rubbed soothingly at her cheek, admiring her with a shine in his eyes.
"You're so beautiful ."
She couldn't find her voice. She felt her cheeks flushed hot, and her stomach was heavy. Her heart pounded in her throat, threatening to break out. She leans in, so her forehead rests against his. They close their eyes. Both their breaths are shaking. "And smart ... and strong." He added.
"Thank you," she says in barely more than a whisper.
"For what?" He replies, his voice was becoming slightly low but she could always detect the boyishness she loved in it.
"For being you." Her voice wavers, exhilarated from the tension between them. Annie's gently leans in and kisses Lucas's warms lips. They pull apart and take shaky, shallow breaths. Unable to contain themselves anymore, Lucas holds Annie's head in his hands and pulls her into a fiery and passionate kiss.
He pulled away slowly, his forehead still against hers, he whispered, "I'm in love with you, and everything about you."
She was stunned, the words fell so naturally off his lips, she questioned if this was even real. She kissed him again, with an urgency. And as she pulled away she uttered a small, "And I love you, Lucas Belmont." She beamed.
With a grin, he lifted her in his arms, taking her by surprised. She squealed, quickly wrapping her arms around his neck and laughing as he spun her.
"How lucky am I?" He asked himself before reconnecting their lips.
