"I'm going to keep this short, (Name)." Said the man and pushed up his glasses. He held papers on his hands as he tapped them on the table to allign them.
(Name) nods and kept her hands on her thighs.
"We can't let you play anymore."
The news shocked her and she jolts up from her seat, "excuse me?" Of course she was surprised by the sudden news, but she can't bring herself to raise her voice at the man. Mind you, this was the same man behind the reason of who (Name) (Last Name) is today.
"Calm down," A few words from him made her sit back down on her chair.
"I know you know the reason why and it's just unfair, you know." He sighed and removes his glasses while fishing out a microfiber cloth to wipe it clean. He sighed out loud and props his glasses back in. He lifts his gaze up just to see (Name) staring at the floor.
I thought she would cry, but you're stronger than this, (Name).
"You're young and have a lot of potential. You just have to find it on your own."
