Beep, Beep, Beep "we have got to get this wound closed before he loses anymore blood""I know but nearly every room is being used""I found one come on quickly"Midoriya opened his eyes a little revealing a worried Shota crying and holding his begging him to live .Izuku tightened the grip if his hand that she was holding she opened her eyes wide and called out his name the doctors shocked he was conscience"i'm...so happy....your okay"he told her she then said"how can you worry about me when being in this much pain"he smiled and said"as long....as my...lifes light is alright....I'll get stabbed a thousand times over"he said before fainting hearing his words the doctors became more focused on saving him the only thoughts going through their heads"no one with a heart like his should die I wont allow it" then the surgery began.

After Surgery

Seven hours passed and the surgery was finished the doctors came out the room surprised to see All Might there with the number 7 hero and their daughter and three other children two with blonde hair and crimson eyes the other with red and white hair with a bruise over his eye from what the boy told them earlier when he woke up the three doctors who grew fond of the boy weren't happy to see them but they were happy to see the girl that was with him and people with her same color hair they instantly new  they were her brother and sister.But they did walk and talk to them"how is Izuku"asked Inko one doctor couldn't believe after all this time now she was worried but instead of yelling he said "he's fine but needs rest he wasn't only given a wound to his gut but his back was severly damaged and nearly every bone in his body shattered"they sighed in relief before All Might asked if they can see him.The doctors became extremely angry that the bastard that hurt the kid broke his dream is now asking how he is but the doctor responded"No but she can"the female doctor said pointing at Shota"how come i'm his mother shouldn't i be allowed"she asked the three doctors said "some mother what a bitch"they all said hearing each other through the quirk thought stream(can share your thoughts with multiple people doctor one quirk)."sorry mam but the the only person he wants to speak to is her and her siblings"the nurse said coming out of the room Shota and her siblings ignored Midoriyas parents and ran in."He is my son I should see him"said Inko the family continued annoying the doctors to go in"that bastard stealing my Shoko "Katsuki whispered"I hate him"Shoto said.

" BROTHER"the two siblings yelled jumping and hugging Midoriya who smiled and hugged back"i'm so happy to see you guys"Midoriya said they hugged tighter ignoring his pain .Soon they let go seeing his face was purple and not breathing they backed up letting Shota come up"hey glad your alrig-"but before he could finish she slapped him "you idiot what were you thinking why, why is it that you always always get hurt because i'm so weak"she said before creating an ice blade to stab herself"I dont deserve to live"she said crying but before she could stab herself in the the last second before the sword touched her skin and her brother and sister shouting "NO"the sword was grabbed from her hand dropped broken and she was pulled into someone muscular arms "you idiot"Izuku said but she looked away and asked as to why she was stopped and then she looked him in the eyes noticing the tears he didn't cry while getting stabbed and nearly dying but he was now her eyes grew wider"YOU IDIOT DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH YOU MEAN TO ME IF IT MEANS KEEPING YOU SAFE I'D KILL MY SELF,GO TO HELL AND BACK OR EVEN DIE ONE MILLION TIMES AND REMEMBER THE PAIN thats how much i love you"she cried and hugged him saying she was sorry over and over again but he rubbed her hair from top to bottom all the way to her waist and telling her it's okay over and over for about twenty minutes when she finally fell asleep he said as she was sleeping next to him so peacefully holding him like her life depended on it begging him not to go so he moved a bit of the hair covering her face and said"i'd never leave you after all I thought death to just see you again"the volume he spoke in resembled the level of quietness in a whisper. Shotas sister and brother left earlier to let their sister rest leaving the two alone Izuku wasn't sure if Shota could hear him but he said "I wish things could be like that forever the two of us togethor happy" little did he know even though she was asleep those words made her blush but also it made her the happiest girl in the whole world and i'm not exaggerating.But that ended rather quickly dew to the irritating loud family that barged through the closed door Inko his mother was near him in an instant touching his leg ,chest ,arm and head to see if he is okay with little knowledge of the anger that spread through out his entire body he clenched his fist trying to hold it in and stay calm."where happy you alright son"All Might said but Izuku lost it that moment and began laughing which confused them"why are you laughing sweety"asked Inko"sweety huh"he whispered before slapping her hand surprising the three "after all this goddam time now you worry now you look at me"he said to his mother who stared shocked at her son"now now Izuku you should never act that way towards your parents"said All Might(note all might is in his small form oh and there is going to be swearing so read if you want)"parents ay DON'T FUCK WITH ME ALL MIGHT"he said shocking the three"you knew"he asked "oh I knew because the day I found out was the same day you beat me up the and I quote the "quirkless weakling who cant support himself"All Might hearing these words remembered what he did and felt horrible"oh now you feel bad why not go screw the whore who by blood is my mum i mean other then treating Izumi as a queen thats all the two of you know how to do"hearing this Izumi went to slap him"have some respect you quirkless loser"she said but before she could get to the slap he grabbed her wrist and squeezed it up till the point where if he squeezed it any further it would break and she screamed but he slapped her onto the ground"shut up bitch"he said starring at her with satans eyes and she grabbed the side of her head as all she could hear were screams and not just any scream but Izukus each time she hit him playing over and over."Izuku please stop your scarring me"said the now awake Shota sigh he took a breath relaxed and petted her head said sorry and for her to get some more rest she nodded and lied bake down falling to sleep fast under the comfort of Izukus soft but hard hands.He then turned to his parents who looked upset"baby I know we didn't give you enough support or attention but please give us another chance"said Inko"sorry, sorry  sorry means nothing now it can never heal my scars not the physical not the mental and definitely not the emotional and if it wasn't for Shota I WOULD'VE ALREADY KILLED MYSELF although i doubt you would've noticed nor cared huh"he snapped Shota jumped on Izuku hugging him"you cant I still have so much to tell you"Izuku smiled and kissed her forehead"I promissed myself as long as your with me i will never commit suicide no matter how cruel the world is it doesn't matter as long as I have you"he told her she smiled and nodded with her head buried in his shoulder blushing and he held her till she slept again(lady seriously just stop WAKING UP).Izuku looked in his family direction again "so your still here"he said emotionlessly "Bro Iz-"said Izumi but before she could finish "DON'T YOU DARE BRO IZU ME you and your friends destroyed my body made me suffer and laugh but more than anything(Izuku began to cry)my own mother and farther didn't even take the time to ask YOU DIDN'T EVEN LOOK AT ME"and when you finally did dad you shattered my dreams broke my heart and shattered my spine as well as taking away my sight rendering me disabled now you guys can rest knowing your failure of a son an disgusting excuse for a brother lost all he had but hey isn't that what you all wanted from the begging but i'm glad now that i lost everything I can die not being upset because i accomplished nothing with my life "All Mights,Inko and Izumis eyes opened wide realising they destroyed their son/brother for the petty reason of not having a quirk and not only that they took away his legs they took away everything he had"Get out"he said to them and they did.
