setting: 12 am at night
pov: third person cause its easier
it was a dark and silent night at the four residence
every contestant was sound asleep for tomorrows challenge
bfb was still spinning somehow
but someone was having trouble sleeping among them
pov: x's
"Why should I care? you deserve to be alone."
"Who are you? I don't even have a co-host."
"I think you need to disappear... before I make you!!!"
I woke up sweating and gasping for air
it took me a while to catch my breath, but I couldn't go back to sleep
I had a nightmare
four was usually asleep at this time but we numbers didn't need sleep technically
but it was something to pass time
I had nowhere to go at this time, so I went downstairs to make me a midnight snack
until...
"oh, hey x. what are you doing at this time?" four said
"oh shoot!... you scared me," i yelled
"I should be asking you the same four," I responded
four chuckled and patted a seat beside him
i slightly blush, but I sit next to him on the couch
"well... I had a nightmare so after that I could go to sleep..." I spoke
four turned to me at me and had a face like a shojo anime girl
"w-what?! am I that horrendous in your vision..b-Baka!" four imitating
I laughed and softly punched him
"oh! you suck at being a tsundere!" I joked
four chuckled but turned serious
"x, do I make you feel scared in any way? I mean, I get it... I didn't treat you the best back then..." four asked
he looked a little sad when he said that
I knew that I liked four no matter what he did to me now or back then
I grabbed his hand and leaned on his shoulder
"for how many years I have known you, you know I wouldn't date you if I disliked you, right?" I pondered
" yeah but-" I interrupted him
"But I love you, and you are careful when it comes to my feelings," i reassured him
"that makes you a great boyfriend four!" I confessed
four smiled softly and kissed me
his soft lips touching mine felt like a jolt of electricity passing me
I melted into his touch as he held me
he broke from the kiss and caressed me
"This is why I love you, x" four joyfully said
I blushed and bundled in his chest from embarrassment
four chuckled and laid down with me on the couch
after a few minutes,
I was fast asleep
pov: four's
x doesn't get as much credit as he does
he's thoughtful, caring, and knows when I'm feeling down
'i don't deserve you.' i thought
i noticed he fell asleep on me, so I carried him upstairs
I went into my room and tucked him in the sheets
I hopped in the bed with him and pecked his head
"I truly do love you...x," I whispered.

all was quiet again as two loving souls are united in peace are fast asleep
alas,
they didn't know that a figure was watching closely from afar
