"You guys have got to be kidding me." George huffed and pouted. "The man of steel's' undeniably the best. "

"I'm still sticking with 'the caped crusader'." Isabel retorted.

Yes! If you haven't guessed already, we're talking about superheroes.

We were sitting in a clearing in the woods, eating some kind of exotic fruit. It was red on the outside and purple inside. It tastes like the peaches back on earth.

Where were the guardians? Oh just somewhere setting up a place for us to stay. They went to announce our arrival to the villagers, yes, villagers. We're supposed to be some sort of saviours in a town.

I can't wait to see the people of this world.

"You guys aren't even serious." Jenny looked at them incredulously. "I would be going for Poison Ivy if only she wasn't a villain. But the best superhero is obviously Green Lantern. I mean his ring can make any weapon imaginable to man, out of nothing."

"You know, I don't see a point in the DC universe, I'm more of a Marvel kinda guy." Tom shrugged, taking a bite of his fruit. "My man Thor is a sure winner any day."

We all just looked at him like he grew two heads. He just raised his brow at us.

"I'm for Shazam over here." Jacky said. "I mean the orphan kid got his powers from a wizard. Just say his name and boom" he snapped his fingers. "You got a superhero as good as superman but with no weakness such as kryptonite." He said looking at George smugly to which he just rolled his eyes.

I was still thinking about all the cool superheroes I could choose from. I really liked 'the fastest man alive' but I was feeling in the mood for 'the king of the sea'.

"You know Aqua man pretty much controls the ocean." I told them. "Just imagine the riches of Atlantis, being the king of such a paradise, all the creatures of the deep obeying you and did I mention he could manipulate water?" I said eating my fruit

"Who cares about a guy who talks to fishes." Isabel argued and I rolled my eyes. "And Green lantern, seriously?" Jenny just shrugged. "He's nothing without that ring."

"He's pretty resourceful on his own." Jenny countered.

"Please, no one's as resourceful as 'the Dark Knight'." She huffed. "Talking about orphans and weaknesses," she said looking at Jacky with a smirk. "Batman's probably the best orphan superhero and he doesn't even have a weakness. Yet he knows the weakness of almost all of the DC heroes and probably those in Marvel too." She said the last part looking right at Tom. He was just shaking his head, with a half smile.

"He doesn't even have a superpower." George fired.

"He does too." Isabel said, then muttered "Being super rich is an awesome superpower."

I just rolled my eyes. No way I'm gonna keep talking about this.

"So...have you guys come up with names for your guardians?" I asked.

"I was actually thinking about that." Jenny said, furrowing her brows. "I'm thinking Ferris." Creative and kind of fits.

"I was thinking of Blaze." Tom said.

"Mine is..." Isabel trailed of tapping her chin in thought. "Crystal."  She said.

"Storm" George said

"I would call mine Tiger..." Real creative, note my sarcasm. "but I think I'm gonna go with Clay."

Why was I still thinking about this. Just need something creative, ingenuity is always appreciated. H20, Brooke, water?
