There for me 3(A KOTLC SOKEEFE STORY)

I'm surprised when I see that Aunt Sophie and Uncle Fitz are our mentors. 

"OMG! You guys are our mentors?! Super cool!" I cheer. I notice Aj beside me, he turns to me and waves. 

"Hey Jenny!" He says. I smile and wave back. Let me just say this now. I have a huge crush on Aj. Ever since we were little, I've liked him, but I never knew if he liked me back. Uncle Fitz tells us to sit and we do. Aunt Sophie says something to my old Telepathy mentor, sir Tiergan. Then things get a little weird. 

"First, Jenny do you know how to get into Aj's mind?" My uncle asks. I nod, then look to Aj for permission to enter. He nods, so I reposition myself to face him. I put my fingers on his temples. He does the same. We looks straight into each other's eyes. It makes me kind of nervous, but I put on a confident smile. I'm so caught up in my thoughts, I almost don't catch what Aunt Sophie says.

"Okay, now you need to start by telling each other 3 secrets that no one else knows." She instructs. Aj looks a little terrified, though I don't know why. I keep on my confident smile and decide that my third secret will be-

My thought is interrupted by laughter. Aj falls off his chair and I rush to help him up. I see it's Uncle Fitz that's laughing. 

"Sorry. Sophie, he just looks so much like you. Remember the first time we did this? You were so scared because you thought you had to tell me you l-" My uncle starts, only to have my aunt to slap a hand over his mouth. I'm really confused. Some sort of understanding passes between them as my aunt nods slowly and removes her hand from his mouth. Aunt Sophie apologizes and tells us to go back to the excersize. We put our fingers back on the other's temples. 

You want to go first? I transmit to him.

Um, sure?  He asks more than answer. 

I can if you want. There's just one secret that I'm saving for last. I explain. He nods.

I'll go then. Ummm, I never told anyone this, well, my mom knows I use her ipod, but I have my own playlist, I have a secret Billie Eilish and FINNEAS obsession. I know you don't know who they are, but I'll play you some of their songs one day. He admits. I almost giggle.

That sounds great! My turn I guess. Hmmmm, let's see. Oh yeah! Sometimes I steal my parents leaping crystal and go to the Forbidden Cities. I know it's wrong bu-

No way! That was going to be my next secret! He interrupts. 

Well I guess it's back to me then. Sometimes I get dresses from my mom's closet when she's not home, and I play dress up by myself. Well, I used to. Okay I still do. I admit. I feel myself blush a little. 

I do the same with my dad's stuff sometimes, but they caught me one time, so I guess it doesn't really count as a secret, does it? He jokes.

Nope! Pick another! I encourage.

Hmmmmm. Oh! I found a secret stash of things my parents hid in their room. It's all these cool human things. Books, these weird cases with round disk things in them, and so much other cool stuff. Sometimes I take a book and read it. My parents don't know I know, so it technically counts. He says. I try not to frown. I was hoping he would tell me something useful, like who he likes. 

My turn, I guess. Listen, this might end well, or it might just be really awkward but....since were little...ihadacrushonyou. I say quickly.

Can you say the last part again? He asks. I take a deep breath.

I....have...a crush on you?  It came out as more of a question. Aj looks away blushing, but only for a second. he looks back to me and......HOLY CRAP I'M KISSING AJ!!!!!
