Emily's POV :-
I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing I picked it up and it says Matt is calling ( note Matt is Emilys friend from work) "hello" I said half awake "umm hi Emily I know you have the day off but the boss told me to call you " he said nervous " is something wrong? Did I do anything wrong? " I said panicking "no no everything is fine he said he's going to talk to you about something important so.. you need to be here in less than an hour can you do that ?" He said "yeah sure I will be there in about 10 minutes " I said nervously oh god oh god he's going to expelled me ok Emily keep it cool you're going to be fine you don't have to freak out like this , I realize I was laying on the floor Wtf how did I got here
When I sat up I saw Jessie and Naya sleeping on each other the looked so funny I grabbed my phone and snapped a picture of them they will kill me when they will see the picture
I went to my room I took a shower and changed to ripped jeans and white blouse with ankle boots I grabbed my bag my phone my keys and my wallet I went to the kitchen I took a French toast
I was driving to Starbucks I need some coffee , I took my coffee and start to drive to the company I'm lying if I say I'm not nervous
I was walking to my boss's office ok Emily take a deep breath I knocked and went in when I heard come in "good morning " I said smiling nervously "have seat Emily " he said smiling "I guess you nervous huh? Well don't be , I have a good news so we both know you have been training here for almost a year now usually we don't do that but one of your teachers is my good friend and he wanted you to be here so I took you as trainee anyway I glad to tell you that I decided to make you officially part of this company " he said happily "what? " I said shocked " you officially from tomorrow gonna start working in this company " he said standing up I did as well " thank you so much you won't regret it " I said shaking his hand
I was so happy I can't wait till I get home and tell Jessie and Naya" but then something terrible happened I felt something hit my car I couldn't control the car anymore and before I knew it I hit the building in front of me
"Ow my head" I opened my eyes to see smock coming out of my car oh god this not good "are ok ? I'm so sorry I don't what happened " a guy said freaking out " you should be you almost got me killed " I said yelling at him " oh my god your head is bleeding " he said scared " I'm fine" I said looking around "I called the ambulance they will be here any minute now" he said looking at me "my bag where's my bag I need to call my friends" I said walking to the car " no no you stay here don't move I will look for it " he said grabbing my shoulders to setting me down , he went to my car and I looked at him for the first time he was not bad looking he had brown eyes brown hair he's tall probably 6'2
I texted Jessie and Naya I didn't want to call they probably still sleep I'm and the ambulance going to the hospital to do some tests just make sure I was good well that's what that guy said he was following us
In the hospital the doctor said I was fine I got stitches on my head I was looking for a taxi when the same guy came to me " i will give a ride " he said smiling "no thanks " I said not looking at him "please let me dive you home it's the least I can do " he said guilty "you paid for the hospital you said you will fix my car I think you've done enough " I said looking at him " and you are a stranger i can't ride with you " I said rising an eyebrow at him " well I'm Shawn " he said looking at me dead in the eyes "I'm Emily " I said shaking his hand now I'm not stranger come on I insist " he said smiling "fine " i said given up
