5 Those who live according to the flesh have their minds set on what the flesh desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires.
Romans 8:5
When you wanted to buy something, you'll do anything to own it. Your mind is set with what you desire. The worse is that when you already have it, you don't have a goal at all. That's why you're searching for something new again and again.
And that's the problem. If you just focus with what your flesh desires, it can give you nothing. But when your goal is to honor Him forever, you'll live eternally. When you're with God, you can do everything, anything you are aiming for. Just because the Holy Spirit will guide you on every work you do.
You don't have to take lots of trials just to have what you desire because God will provide. God will send your needs, just trust Him and everything you want will be given to you as well!
