"Are you calling me an idiot?"

"My kitty is calling me an idiot, that's cute" you said while lifting her chin up with a finger.

Everyone were looking at the both of you.

"You're embarrassing me" Mary whispered to you.

"You're making them jealous" you kissed her forehead.

"Let's get to class, kitty" you told her and interlocked your hands.

Her face turned red, she was clearly blushing, so she looked away.

You saw Sayaka standing outside of your classroom. You tried take your hands out of Mary's, but she was holding it tightly.

"Hm?" you looked at her.

She quickly went into the classroom.

"Do you need anything, Sayaka?"

"So, (Y/N), have you considered? The president wants to meet you privately" she said.

"When? I don't think I'll have time"

"You're not a busy person, (Y/N), the president doesn't usually meet students privately"

"Hm, when?"

"But if you're busy with your girlfriend, I'll inform the president" she said, smiling.

"Girlfriend? I don't have one"

"Oh?" she looks at Mary. Mary was staring at you, she quickly turned away when you looked over. Students were surrounding her seat.

"She's not my girlfriend, she's my personal house-pet, tell the president I'll meet her during break, if that's what she wants so bad" you said, then going to your seat.

You heard students around Mary's table asking her questions.

"Are you dating Yamada-san?"

"Do you like her?"

"Are you and Yamada-san together?"

"Does she like you?"

You laughed. Everyone looked at you.

"She's my house-pet, not my girlfriend, nothing would ever happen between us"

"Now get back to your seats and stop bothering her"

After class, Mary pulled you outside hurriedly.

"Kitty, what's up"

"Stop calling me that, idiot"

"What are you doing?"

"Just shut up and follow me"

"You're supposed to be listening to me" you said and stopped.

"That nothing would happen between us" she said, looking mad.
