Esme sighed to herself as she got back to the village. It had been a month since she had left with aria. A match in Chester had been found and Esme knew that she needed to come back to the village even if it meant that she would be facing warren again.

Esme walked into the McQueen house through the back door. She had left aria at the hospital where she was better off. She knew that the last thing that she wanted was for warren to see her back. Esme smiled as she saw charlee. Charlee looked to her and frowned as she stood up and walked over to her

"what are you doing here?" Charlee asked as esme looked to her and rolled her eyes

"well I do live here"

"that's not what I mean. Warren is going off it looking for you" charlee said as esme sighed

"that's a match for aria, and I'm not surprised he is and it is his own fault. He took her first and I didn't take her to spite him, I took her to help her get better. Warren fox denied me the fact to be a mother and I hate it and o hate him. Aria is safe and she is at the hospital and she is going to be okay. She is going to get the match and then I'm leaving with her so he can't get his hands on her" esme said as charlee looked to her sister and smiled.

Charlee was worried as she knew it would be so long before warren found out that she was back

Esme sighed as she wakes out of the bathroom. She heard arguing and groaned as she heard warren. She walked down into the house as warren looked to her

"where is she? I know that she is here" warren asked

"she isn't, she is safe" esme said as warren glared.

"She is my daughter and you can't keep her from me" warren said

"so what you went a month without her. You have no idea how I feel, I went a year without her. I carried her and you took her so Suck it up. She's at hospital and she's safe and you aren't getting near her" esme said as warren looked to her and glared

"we are her parents and we owe it to her" warren said as she nodded

"there's a match warren. She is going to be okay" esme said as warren smiled

"I'm glad" warren said

Esme looked to him for a moment and sighed as she ran a hand through her hair and looked to him "let me get dressed and we can go and see her. We need to try and get on for her sake" esme said as warren nodded.

Esme looked to him and smiled as she walked off and got dressed.

Esme didn't know if she could trust warren completely but she knew that he was the father of her child and they needed to try find a way to get on for aria sake

Esme sighed to herself as she walked out of the hospital with warren as he looked to her and smiled "how are we going to do this and make this work?" He asked as she sighed

"all we need to do is get her better before we decide on custody it's for the best" esme said as aria nodded. They walked back to the McQueen house together as he grabbed her arm and looked to her and smiled.

He place a hand on her cheek and smiled "we can do this I know that we can" warren said as they held a look before he leant in and kissed her.

Esme froze as she started to kiss him back. She wrapped her arms around his neck as they kissed passionately.

Esme knew it wasn't the smartest thing to do but she knew that there was still a spark there between her and warren but could they cross the line again when they had aria to think of first?
