Juilet's pov:

I feel like I've been walking for hours in this tunnel. How long does it take to find that vault or tree or whatever it is. I swear mingyu told me a riddle before I step into shadow valley. What was it again? Ugh...i forgot about it.

"Who are you?" A voice called

Someone please tell me that I'm hallucinating right now. Maybe I'm a little dehydrated from all that walking. I should drink more water. I took out my water bottle from my backpack.

"I said who are you?" The voice called again

Okay, I'm not hallucinating for sure. Its definitely real. Did I find it? Or maybe it found me?

"Oh...um...I'm juilet," I introduce myself to the void

"Juilet, the mate of crown prince namjoon, jin, yoongi, hoseok, jimin, taehyung and jungkook. Her Mother that had left too soon due to an accident and a father that is still living but struggling. The girl who got kidnappedin America and is now determinedto save hybrid island. You've come quite far to find answers," the voice said

"Who are you and how do you know so much about me?" I question

"I'm the first hybrid that was made and the first king of the island," the voice said

Suddenly the whole tunnel was lit up with torches. From where I stood I could see a silhouette that was still hiding amongst the darkness. Talk about mysterious.

"I can see your figure but I can't see your face. If you're the first hybrid king, then why you're hiding?" I ask, curious

"I'm not hiding. I wanna be sure of your intentions. Why are you really here?" He ask...well more like demanded

"I'm here to find a way to save the hybrids from the shadow hybrids. Mingyu told me that in order to save the island, I need to find the cure here in the shadow nest," I said

"Are you sure that's what you're really doing?" He question

I'm sure that's what I'm doing. That's what I wanted.

"Cause your heart seem to be wanting something else," he said

My heart?

"Yes, your heart. You may want to save the island because you're the princess and the need to protect it runs in your system. However, your heart isn't satisfied," he explain

May be he's right. May be its because that I'm a princess and I need to protect the kingdom from the wrong hands but what does my heart really wants.

"Do you know why the nest is placed at the heart of the valley?" He ask as he start to walk foreword

"No...why?" I ask

"Its because a heart always know what it wants even when our brain disagrees. I want you to look deeply into your heart and ask yourself is this really who you are and what you'regoing to do..." he said

Look deeply into my heart? How am I supposed to do that?

"How?" I ask

"Follow me," he said as he stop walking but he was still not close enough for me to recognise him

Then he proceed to walk away, I quickly pick up my pace to follow him. I'm sure woozi would be fine. Where ever he is that is...

"Where we're going?" I ask

"You'll see when we get there," is all he said

We've been walking for quite sometime now. He hasn't spoken for the last thirty minutes so we've just been walking in silence. That's when he abruptly stop walking and I almost bump into him. Sheesh, wish he could have warn me that he wanted to stop so I wouldn't come close to bumping into him.

"You have to walk alone now. I cannot follow you in," he said

I have to go through the darkness alone...this is not what I wanted to expect at all when I agree to this. Is it too late to back out? What am I saying? I have to this and I'm strong enough to survive through this. Fighting!!!

"There's nothing in there if thats what you're worried about. Remember listen to your heart," he said

I nodded my head although he can't see me. All I have to do is just trust my heart, right? Its not that hard...I hope. I took a deep breath and carry on walking through the darkness but this time alone. I wonder how the boys are with my dad.

Jimin's pov:

Its been like three days and jungkook has been locked in juilet's room. He's the only one left to have his heat. Since jin and hobi hyung has just finish yesterday. Its been crazy without juilet and namjoon around but her dad has been keep things under control very well. Let's just hope it stays that way.

"Jimin, want to help make breakfast?" Jin hyung ask

"Yeah sure, hyung," I agreed

We both walked into the kitchen and start working on making breakfast for all of us.

"Have you heard anything from namjoon?" Jin hyung ask

"Nothing. You?" I ask

"No. I'm really worried. What if something bad happen at the island and we can't do anything cause we're stuck here for another four days," jin hyung complained

"What can we do? We could only hope that juilet and namjoon is safe," I sigh

"Jimin, jin. Come quick, namjoon is calling us!!!" teahyung shouted

"YOU DID WHAT!!!" I shouted

"I'm sorry, jimin but we had no choice," namjoon sigh

"You're telling us that our kitten went to shadow valley...ALONE!!!" Suga hyung scream

"She's technically isn't alone. If she made it to the nest, she would have found the first hybrid king," jinyoung explain

"So, we just have to trust that she's at the nest already," hobi hyung sigh

"Yep, I believe she'll make it. Woozi won't let her get hurt anyway..." a guy said from behind namjoon

"Who's that?" Jin ask

"Oh right. I'm mingyu, a snake hybrid and the one who helped concealed juilet's true identity," he introduce himself

"Well, thank you for doing that," I said

"Your welcome," he smiled

"So the fate of our lives rest on our little one," hobi hyung said

The three boys nodded as all of us sighed. Oh god, jungkook haven't even heard about this yet. If he did, he would end up changing to his animal form and go after juilet.
