Reader Chan's POV

*at the bookstore*

"Ne, y/n chan, you are taking so long you know?" Shizuku whined, she's waiting behind me all a while.

I took a glance of her, she's leaning by the bookshelves, glazing at me boredly. I sighed and returned my eyes on the books again. "Are you prepared for your date?" she asked.

My chest palpitates loudly in immediate. I'm not fully prepared yet and that's what clouding in my mind this whole time. I gave her a look and she shook her head and walk somewhere, I decided to follow her.

We stopped when she suddenly raised her arm as a sign to wait for her, she started walking in to another book shelves. She came back then handed out a pocketbook, asking me to take it. I look at her confused. "Read that. It contains the tips." she winked and smirk teasingly.

"Eh?! T-tips?!" I asked, flustered!

She just nodded and left to head first. We payed for the book and other items to the cashier. We went home after that. I hesitated but can't help to read the book since Shizuku said that it will be a waste if I didn't.

*in the morning*

Shizuku helped me picking my dress, we also called Machi and Paku for other help. (She's not dead here, oki? And also Uvo ;)) "Follow what that book said. You've read that, right?" Machi asked while looking at me. I smiled, "Yes." then nodded.

"Why don't we try the tips first? We have more time." says Paku. Everyone agreed and I stood up and showed them what I learned.

A few minutes later.. "I knew it." Machi shook her head, shifting her gaze away. Shizuku scratched her neck, she gave me a nervous laugh. I turned to Paku and she sighed, she stood up and held me by my shoulders.

"Alright, I'll show you how to do it." she smiled, reassuringly. She started to demonstrate me the moves while Shizuku keep watching, Machi keep on scolding while snarling at me. It makes me feel and think like I'm a noob.

"Oh, yeah! You can do it now." Paku clapped. "Impressive." Shizuku smiled. I thanked them and then did it again to make them laugh. Machi rolled her eyes and pouted.

Then, Chrollo finally called so I have to bid my goodbye to the girls. "See you later, guys." I hugged them and walk off.

"Oh? I thought you won't come anymore, y/n." Phinks said as he saw me. "The boss was waiting for us to accompany you for your stupid date." Feitan said as soon as I stop when I finally saw the troupe members.

"That's so sweet of all of you. Can I ask why, though?" I ignored his rude statement. My eyes saw that they're at their usual attire. I thought they would be in suits. I giggled.

Phinks coughed, "Shall we say that the boss will gonna get embarrassed if we--" he tried to mutter it to Uvo but Feitan instantly interferred.

"Shut up. We're gonna get screwed. Damn it." he glared at me, I crossed my arms and look the other way. Shalnark took out his phone and gave me a small smile, "I'll just tell him we're on our way." I nodded and watch him.
