Christmas went like a breeze...heck it had been a month, and everything was back to normal, well except the fact that Not once had Mark asked how Renjus Christmas went, he just went on talking about Jeno.

How much Renjun wanted to hate Jeno, but the taller boy had done nothing wrong, so why should Renjun hate him?,
but then again at times Renjun wanted to choke the latter.
The past month, Renjun noticed how he and Mark barely spent time with each other, to the point where Mark acted like Renjun never existed, he was always busy running behind Jeno
But today, Mark came searching for him, to say Renjun wasn't surprised when Mark came to rant about how cute Jenos smile was, or how he would release cute noises when he was confused,
needless to say, Renjun was heartbroken, but he wanted Mark to know he has his full support, so he would go along with whatever Mark would say.
"Renjun, I think I'm going to confess"
Now that caught Renjuns attention
"What?"
he said, looking at Mark who was preparing himself, for what Renjun might think will ruin him
"I'm going to confess to Jeno, today"
He said firmly
not getting any response from his younger friend, Mark looked back at Renjun, who seemed to have zoned out
"Should I Renjun-ah?"
Renjun looked down at his book not wanting Mark to see the tears forming in his eyes,
'it's not like I can say no'
'But I really don't want him too'
'No,Renjun snap out if it, Marks your best friend, that's all he ever will be'
"Do whatever your heart pleases Mark"
Renjun was relieved when his voice didn't betray him, and he could feel Mark smile next to him as he abruptly got up
"I knew coming to you was a good idea"
"Thanks, Renjun, your the best"
Renjun hummed as Mark walked away
"Wow that was wise coming from you, you couldn't even take your own advice"
Why did Renjun think coming to Haechan was a good idea? oh yeah, Because Renjun couldn't think properly and Haechan was his only option, being the second closest friend (Marks number 1, if it wasn't obvious), but right now he didn't wasn't to hear what Haechan was saying
"Then what should I doHaechan?!, have you seen how he looks at Jeno, I've never seen him like this, Its Like Jeno put a spell on him or some shit!"
Renjun yelled at Haechan, he was glad they were at Haechans dorm so that no one could hear his loud ass
"Then tell me what in the world will crying your ass off do?"
Haechan shot back,making Renjun sigh in defeat. He leaned his forehead onto Haechans shoulder, his tears not wanting to stop. He was to tired too fight back, heck knew Haechan was right either way
"I don't know hyuck, I don't fucking know"
"He's got Mark whipped"
why tf is this book so sad omfg, Renjun was me trying to move on yall 😞✊
oh and the picture above reminded me of the dream show, and man, I'm so sad now, the concert made me cry so bad TT
