Peyton's POV
I was lost in a daze. There was no way in hell that Niall would want to date me, I mean, we don’t even really know that much about each other. Plus I have never been one to be lucky. I guess all I needed was a little more Irish in my life.
I was taken out of my thoughts by an awkward cough coming from one of the boys. I forgot that I had not given Niall an answer yet. I looked at him and he looked like a lost puppy; a little lost puppy that thought he finally found someone that might be a good owner. His eyes were so big, filled with so much hope. The only way you could ever say ‘no’ to that would be if you had no soul.
"Oh Niall. That is such a stupid question. You should have known that I would love to be your girlfriend." I said, kind of sounded like a squeal at the end, as I jumped on to him, wrapping my arms around his neck, and hugging the life out of him.
All the boys faces grew into grins and they jumped on top of Niall and I. Niall landed on his back with me on top of him, while all the other boys were piled on top of me. To say I was sandwiched, would be an understatement, but I was so happy and giggled nonetheless.
"Okay, well now that we got those two love birds together, I say we sleep.” Louis said, a little over excited.
We all agreed that it would be the best idea because, well, we were all tired, from the day and the swim. We all cuddled together on the beach because we didn’t want to venture into the jungle at night. I got the pleasure of being squished this time by Harry and Niall. I knew my luck wouldn’t last long. I sighed to myself as I buried my head into Niall’s chest, as his arms wrapped themselves around me. Tonight, I fell asleep with a smile etched into my face.

Peyton's POV (still)
I woke up to a bright light shinning in my face. I buried my head, but only to suffocate myself with sand. I quickly jumped up and coughed out all the sand I ingested. I hated the sand, but I loved the beach. I was a contradiction of sorts.
I wiped my eyes, slowly opening them to take in my surroundings. Beautiful beach, crystal blue ocean, no boys, tall palm trees… Wait, no boys? The only thought that crept into my mind was where the ventured off to. If we were to be rescued over night, they wouldn’t have left me here. Right? No. They must have explored the jungle.
I got up from my spot and tried to walk. My legs still felt like Jell-O from that swim. I started walking towards the jungle, taking in the picturesque scenery. The outskirts of it were lined with palm and banana trees. I started to walk in a little further. The tall, unnamed trees added a sense of shade from the burning sun. You could see where you were going perfectly, but only little spots where open as to where the sun’s rays were seeping through. The ground was coated in moss and it felt like the world was trying to drag me down to it’s core with every step I took.
After what felt like hours of wondering around, I reached a beautiful lagoon-looking area. It was a small pond semi-surrounded by a rock wall. The pond was a beautiful deep blue but the water sparkled with some of the suns rays kissing the top of the water.
The pond had a sense of refresh-ness to it that made you want to just walk right into it. I took my jacket off, throwing it on one of the rocks that was rested by the shore. I slowly walked to the edge and looked down at the water. Because of the crystal-like features the pond displayed, I easily saw my reflection. I was so glad that no one was around to see me because I looked like something that had been dragged violently through hell. While I wasn’t wearing much make-up, you could see all my little imperfections and blemishes, while my hair looked like a rat decided to go for a run through it.
