Still (Y/N)'s POV
"I'm sorry. I fucking WHAT!?" I exclaimed in disbelief. There was a silence that hung in the air for a moment, and as the clowns repeatedly looked at each other and at me I seemingly stopped panicking. At this point, I assumed I was simply overreacting. So I decided to double check what was going on. "What's that supposed to mean?" I asked, rising to my feet. "I've only been gone for what? Two days at most" I said confidently as I dusted myself off.
"No... You've been gone for over three years, (Y/N)..." Jax explained, a look of disbelief on her face as she saw me in full view.

'Nightmare?' I asked, in a moment of shock.
"Yeah?" He responded, clearly not paying attention once again.
'How long was I knocked out for?' I asked, trying to piece together some of the bullshit that was going on.
"Uhhh, to the cave, it took 'em about a day to get there. Then you were out for about half a day after arriving, in a mini coma sort of thing" he began. "Aaaaaand from cave to Zalga's was... 'bout maybe an hour or two?" he explained. "How things took that long? Beats me" he added.
'And how can you explain the rest of it?' I asked.
"Dunno, time portal? Rift in time? Infinite hole with a random out?" He speculated.

"I'm sorry, I think I must've misheard you. How long have I been gone for?" I asked, full of disbelief.
"Over three years, (Y/N). About three years and a month or two" Jill said.
"I fucking WHAT!?" I exclaimed, not doubting them but still shocked.
"(Y/N)..." Jax began. "What do you think the date is?" She asked, trying to talk me through the situation.
"I dunno!" I said, panic slightly before taking a deep breath to calm myself down. "It's... I don't know... Early January? Year (XXXX), right?" I asked, looking back at the pair of monochrome clowns.
"It's nearly October, (Y/N)..." Jill began.
"That's nothing!" I exclaimed, breathing a sigh of relief. "That's only a couple of mo-"
"You didn't let her finish" Jax interrupted. "Yeah, it's nearly October. But October (XXXX)" she finished.

That was the moment I felt my heart drop. It just didn't seem possible for that much time to pass, it felt like it was overnight. Staying silent, I pulled out my phone and waited a few seconds before turning it on. The date on it said that it was in fact late September, and three years later. Much to my horror, it was true. I had so,show been gone for such an obscene amount of time. "I don't... believe it..." I said, not knowing what to feel. "But... I guess I have all the more reason to go home, huh, girls?" I asked, looking back up at the clowns once again.
"There's no need to cry, (Y/N)" Jill said, wiping a tear from my eye before giving me a comforting hug.
"What's important is that you're back. And that means you can finally come home" Jax added, joining in on the hug. "And I think it's about time too. Everyone's missed you after all" she added before taking me by the wrist and leading me back out the door.
"Really?" I asked, wiping my eyes and collecting myself.
"Yeah, of course we have. I don't even believe we found you, I'm pretty sure this is just a dream" she said, before Jill snuck up and pinched her on her upper arm. "Ow!" She yelped out.
"Yeah, you're not asleep" Jill said, a smug smile on her face as Jax turned to look at her. "Now let's get you back already, (Y/N), I can already tell that everyone's gonna be so happy to see you" Jill said, leaving the warehouse after us after taking the door and sitting it back in the doorframe. "And just like that, we were never here" Jill mumbled to herself with a little giggle.

"Jaaaaaaax" Jill whined.
"Yuuuuuup?" Jax responded, turning to face the other clown.
"We've got two bodies. What we doin' this time?" Jill asked.
"I dunno, does Slenda want 'em?" Jax responded.
"Uhhh, actually, that one's with me" I mentioned, pointing to the Rake. "She saved my life and I offered to give her a better one. I was gonna see if Slenda would let her stay with us" I explained, walking over and picking her up.
"Awwwh, that's so sweet" Jill said. "Do ya happen to know who this one is too?" she asked, pointing at Liu.
"I'm more surprised that you don't" I said. "It's Jess' sister, the one who works under Zalga" I explained.
"That's Liu?" Jax asked from behind me, now looking over my shoulder.
"It is!?" Jill exclaimed in surprise. "Looks like she lost weight... or maybe it's a new top? Change her stitches maybe?" she added, speaking to herself as she scratched her head in confusion. "Ah whatever, Slenda can figure it out" she finalised with a shrug before picking Liu up and carrying her over her shoulder.
"Now let's get home already!" Jax exclaimed.
"Hell yeah! I already miss my bed so I can only image how you feel, (Y/N)" Jill said, a little laugh following from all three of us as we began to make our way home.
'I can't wait to have a goddamn shower' I said mentally, trying to prepare myself for how everyone would react to seeing me again.
