"I'm in fucking in love with this dress" Emma says
"I love your Aunt. She is fabulous" Bella says with a grin
"Of course she is don't forget after all she is a fashion designer" Rose says
I want to roll my eyes at them. I mean it's normal for me but guess what they just met her few hours ago so is in it obvious they don't know her crazy side yet. When I was child she always design clothes for me and even made me wear them to school. I was her doll whom she loves to dress up. I have never buy my clothes till high school and when I move out to Florida it was my first experience to go for shopping on my own.
"Will your Aunt adopt me" Musa ask me
"If you want dresses just ask her. She will happily give you all her collections willingly" I said with a shrug
Yup as you know my Aunt loves to display her designs so it's never a problem to give her designs to my friends
"How much time we have?" Noah ask Emma
"Umm 2 hours. Why?" Emma reply her
"Oh fuck party will start soon" Musa said
"Guys I can do your hair" Bella inform us
"I will also help you to do that" Emma suggest
"Okay so I and Musa will do your makeup" Rose said and Musa nods her head for conformation
"And I will help you all to choose best outfit from all these dress" Noah said
"Noah I will help you to choose" I add
"Okay" she said
Noah started searching the outfits from the closet
"This- no. that is too much- ah I think that's the perfect- no it reveal too much" she examines each dress very carefully
After 30 minutes
"Guys I got perfect dress for us all" she inform us happily
"Come on show us" Emma says
"No way. It will be no fun then" she said
"Okay I'm in with you girl because I know the outfits which you have selected for us it will look good on us" I said
"Let's start the work girls" Rose said
After few hours
"Let me see guys what you are doing" Rose said impatiently but Emma ignore her and continue to work on her art
"Your hairs done now it's time for makeup" Bella inform us
"Sit" Rose ordered us and started her work
"Okay now now its time to slip in your dress and no cheating I have cover all mirrors so you guys will not be able to sneak behind us" she claps her hand to tell us
"And careful don't spoil your hairs" Bella said in serious tone
"And your makeup" Rose add
We slip in our dress
"Tada" Musa remove cover from mirror
"Fuck dude is it really us?" I ask still not believing
"We all are looking so gorgeous. Guys are gonna be crazy when they will see us" Emma said with a proud smile
"Hey picture time" Emma said and we groan in response
"Hey I just want to capture this beautiful moment" she said with a pout
She takes 100 pictures of us and posts only 6 pictures of us on her Instagram
"I don't understand Uncle said it's just a small get together party then why this heavy makeup, dress and all" I said still confuse
"You have gone for whole 3 years right consider it as a payback for it" Musa said
"But still" this time Rose cut me
"Do it for your family" she said
I sigh "Let's go guys" I said
We walk to stairs to go downstairs together. I on front and rest of them are following me behind
"Hmm why it's darker there" I whisper to them
"Umm don't know go and figure it by yourself" Rose said to me
I hate it when someone keeps me in secret. I hate surprises you know what curiosity kills cat and maybe I'm cat here who is dying with curiosity. I walk forward in dark and suddenly lights are back.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY KATALINE" they shout together and I froze in my spot
"Sorry Kat" Rose and Musa said together and squeeze my hand
I froze in my spot in horror and decided to go back inside. I was about to turn when someone grab my arm and turn me back
It is Rose "Please don't Kat be here for few minutes" she whisper in my ear
"Again Happy birthday Kataline" she said while hugging me
"Sorry Kat" Rose and Musa said together and squeeze my hand to support me
"Please don't it be true. I'm dreaming and I will wake up from this nightmare soon. Somebody please pinch me" I said in horror
Emma pinch me on arms "Ouch" I rub my arms
Sweet niblets. What the heck. They know I don't like to celebrate my birthday then also they did that. Now I get the reason why they want to party and they know I'm not going to ruin things here that's why they keep it secret
"There she is our birthday girl" My Uncle opens his arms for me
My legs were freeze in their spot and I forget to move forwards. Rose pushes me forward from behind and I fall in my uncles arms. He wrap his arms around me, I hesitate first but return his gesture and quickly pull away from him
"Happy Birthday sweetie" he said
"Thank you Uncle" I reply him
My aunt pushes the cart forward towards me so that it stops in front of me
"Happy Birthday Kattie" she hugs me
"Thank you Aunt and for this beautiful cake also" i said
"Sweetheart cut the cake please" she said with a huge smile and I nod my head
"Make a wish" they shout
I close my eyes and blow the candles then hold the knife to cut the cake with it.
"Thanks Kat to play along" Nick whisper in my ear and wraps his arm around me from behind
"Anything for my family" I reply with a small smile which is force one and walk towards bar to grab a drink so that I can take mind off from these stupid things. Yeah I know what you all are thinking that why I said stupid things. It's a long story and my mind is already fuck up so I will explain it to you later.
"Coke and lime please" I said to bartender
He smiles at me "Coming in a minute" he says
He hands me my drink "Here you go" with a flashing teeth smile
"Thank you" I smile at him
