"Skipping home room again Laurance?" I questioned as I passed Laurance in the halls
"Patrolling the halls again Y/N?" He asked, grabbing my arm
"It's my job Laurance" I glared at him
"You know, I met the funniest girl earlier. She looked incredibly like you however she was a freshman and was sat in the corridors crying because she couldn't find her home room"
"Did you get her name?"
"I'm not Dante" he scoffed
"Bet you wish you were though" I teased, raising my eyebrows
"If I had to be one of the boys I'd be.."
"Garroth?"
"No, I'd be myself because I like who I am"
"That's so stupid"
"As are you Y/N. You're stupid"
"And yet I have better grades than you so when you finally become smarter than me then you can call me stupid"
"Your sassy remarks are going to be the death of me"
"Then I shall continue with them"
He smirked at me before he let my arm go and continued walking to his home room

"Oof" I commented when Katelyn had hit a freshman in the head with a volleyball. We both walked over to him and a girl who I quickly recognised
"Aph?" I asked. She worriedly looked up but smiled when she saw me. "What are you doing here, I thought you were homeschooled"
"Well I couldn't really do my high school work at home and besides I was spending too much time on the computer playing online games" Aphmau timidly explained and gave me a small side hug
"You know the freshman?" Katelyn raised her eyebrows at me
"She's my little cousin..so be nice to her or I'll hurt you!"
"Cousin?" Laurance asked as he joined us. I looked at him and nodded
"You can say your sarcastic comments to me but if you even dare say a sarcastic comment to her then I will end you Zavhl" I threatened. He scoffed before looking at Katelyn who was laughing and teasing the two freshman
"Katelyn don't tease the freshman" he said
"Hey come on..I'm teaching them tough love. I didn't mean any harm"
"Tell that to the kids face" I pointed at the white haired boy who was still laying on the floor groaning. Laurance sighed before he walked off to get the nurse.
"It's just a scratch. He needs to toughen up" Katelyn glared at me
"Katelyn, not everyone is as tough as you" Garroth calmly interjected. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Aphmau tense up and all of a sudden become super nervous again. I nudged her arm and she looked at me, practically drooling over the blonde
"Someone is crushing" I teased, punching her arm
"Shut up"

"Y/N" Laurance said as he jogged up to me
"That's me Zavhl. What do you want?" I adjusted the books in my arms and glared at him
"Your little cousin has detention already"
"But it is only the first week of school. Do you know what she did?"
"Nope" he popped the p.
"You should get going. Doesn't your practice start soon?"
