"I hope they having fun with my baby" Kay said as she ate her fries with one hand and on her phone with the other while me, her, shy and bri sat in American Deli eating. I put my arm around the back of her chair
"Leave that lil nigga alone. He probably ain worried bout you"
"Trust me, you ain gone feel like that after he start walking and talking" Bri told Kay and Shy nodded

"Oh my god look at this" Kay put her phone in my face showing me some house on the beach "we should all rent this out for a weekend and have a group baecation"

"The Virgin Islands. St Thomas"
"Ouuu. I always wanted to go there" bri told Kay and she passed her phone to bri for her to see
"I love it out there. It's so beautiful"
"You been there before?" Shy asked and she nodded
"About 2 or 3 times. We used to go on a family vacation every summer and my dads favorite place was the Virgin Islands so he would always chose there when it was his turn to pick"

"Stop hating" Bri told shy while she wiped something out of the corner of his eyes but he moved his head
"The hell is you doing?"

She roughly grabbed his face and got whatever was in the corner of his eyes after passing Kay her phone back "anyways. We should go or do something. I need to get away"
"Let's plan one ASAP. We can talk to MJ and Meechie and Lani and her boo. Get some bottles, games and stuff. I can just see it now. Lit all weekend!" Kay slapped her hands together already excited and I laughed
"That's Whatchu wanna do?" I asked her and she looked at me with a big smile on her face, nodding
"Yes, pleaseeee"
She grabbed my hand and I laughed. I really had karma spoiled as hell but I couldn't help it, that's my baby. All she gotta do is give me the right look and ima cave but I ain gone complain cause mama worth it all
"We can do it if y'all plan it" I promised her and her smile got bigger.
