I deleted all my stories with my friends.
Nagtampo pa nga sila Ysa no'ng una nilang nalaman pero when I told them na it was for both Liana and I's sake, they understood. Well, medyo lang.
"Puta, Louise! Ang tanga lang, puta!" napahawak pa ng ulo si Ysabelle noong ikinwento namin ni Liana ang mangyayari. "At ikaw! Akala ko ba matalino ka! Ikaw nga yung matino dito sa ating apat 'e! Ba't ka pumayag!" habol pa niya. She muttered a neverending line of curses.
"Wala namang masamang mangyayari 'e." I defended myself. It's was true, I mean besides the fact na medyo... aalter namin yung katotohanan. Pero it's for his good din naman 'e! Kung alam niya lang na ako yung totoong kachat niya, for sure he'll be disappointed. I'm doing this for him. Atleast, that's what I keep telling myself.
"Anong wa-" she took a deep breath. "Alam mo bahala ka na nga, basta huwag mong sabihin na hindi kitang sinubukang ipigil." she fell back on the couch behind her. Mga 30 minutes na siguro niya ako sinesermonan. Humilata na siya doon sa iuupuan niya kanina dahil wala namang nakaupong iba doon.
Nandito kami ngayon sa condo ni Liana because she had the biggest apartment from the four of us. Dalawa pa nga bedroom 'e. As far as I know, no one was using it. Siguro one of this days doon nalang ako makikitulog.
Maria was seated sa mga matataas na upuan near the counter. Dalawa sila ni Liana doon. "Nag-agree ka dito sa babaitang ito?" tanong ni Maria. "Oo." sagot naman ni Liana habang tumatango ng marahan. It was like she couldn't see anything wrong with it. I agree with her on that.
6 years of being friends, it was like our friend group split into two. Mas close ako kay Ysabelle dahil grade two palang, magkakilala kami. We were not classmates or even schoolmates. We met in a typical Jollibee kid's birthday party. Ayun nag-newspaper dance kami, being a terrified kid who didn't know anyone there, I grabbed the person next to me and forced her to be my partner. Yung problema lang, hindi ko siya mabuhat dahil sa sobrang bigat niyang bata.
Meanwhile, nakilala naman namin sila Maria at Liana when we were in 8th grade. Magkaklase kami no'n and we formed a group because of a project. Moments passed and... ayun, we became best friends hanggang ngayon.
"Bobo." ngumiwi si Maria at tumalikod para kaharap na niya ang counter. "Kaya mo pala dinelete mga pinost mo sa instagram. Kala ko galit ka 'e."
"No. It's just a safety precaution. He requested kasi sa ig ko. 'E alangan naman na tanggihan ko, that would look suspicious! Plus, If ever he sees Liana's profile, wala siyang makikita. Her profile pic in every account she has is plain white."
"Basta, sinasabi ko sa'yo Louise. May masama akong nararamdaman dito. 'Di nagkakamali kutob ko. Pero ikaw, sige... bahala ka."
I trust my instincts.
I know nothing will go wrong as long as we stick to the plan.
