The couple was in Japan because Mina and Chaeyoung had their child named Lia
"Look Yeji! It's another friend!" The two-year-old excitedly said, "We have another playmate!" Yeji cheered "Wook mama! A wittle baby!" Yuna excitedly mumbled
Jihyo sighed "How I wish our little one's still here"
End of flashback
"You know, if we still can we probably did, but after the second try when our first child died. The baby didn't survive either." Daniel spoke

After their first child died due to the fire in the hospital, they once again tried but lost again. But throughout the years, they still didn't lose hope for it until they decided to look in the adoption center

"Hey Jihyo! What's up?" Seulgi greeted and a small child peeked out "Hey Yeri, go say hi to Jihyo" Their small child shyly introduced herself "H-hi aunt Jihyo!"
Jihyo smiled and greeted back "Hello Yeri"

"Are you looking for Chaeryeong?" Irene asked, and Jihyo nodded "Is she here?" Jihyo asked, "Yep, Right here!"

Jihyo and Daniel found Chaeryeong 3 months ago and she's been visiting her three times a week or even everyday

"Jihyo unnie! You're finally back again!" Chaeryeong greeted cheerfully "Yes, I'm back again. I just had to visit one of my friends far away" Jihyo smiled wholeheartedly and hugged the smaller child
"Let's play unnie!" Chaeryeong pulled her outside to play

"You guys are super close now huh?" Seulgi, out of nowhere spoke "Mhm, I feel like she's so close to me. Although we just met 3 months ago"

I forgot to mention, Seulgi and Irene own this adoption center. Since they both wanted to help kids too, but Yeri is their child so keep it cool.

"Chaeryeong's gonna be adopted in a week, Jihyo" Seulgi sadly said and Jihyo felt like the whole world stopped. "R-really? Guess I can't see her now" Jihyo stuttered "Sorry Ji, we tried to." Seulgi apologized and comforted Jihyo "It's not your fault though, I just hope Chaer can find a nice family" she smiled gloomily

"Unnie, Seulgi unnie said I'm gonna get a new family" Chaeryeong sadly said. "I- I'm gonna miss you unnie!" Chaeryeong wailed out loud. "I know baby, but respect your mom and dad okay?" Jihyo comforted the child while trying not to cry in front of her, Chaeryeong nodded "Promise me unnie, you'll visit me there okay?" Chaeryeong put her pinky up to a promise and Jihyo kept it

1 week later
This is the day, the last day I'll be seeing her but this time at least she's with her family
"Let's go? I hope you'll be okay Ji" Daniel comforted his wife "Yeah, let's see Chaeryeong for the last time" Jihyo sighed and went out.

When they arrived, there was a huge commotion
"Jihyo! Glad you guys are here!" Irene panted " What happened Unnie?" Jihyo was worried for them "Unnie! You're here!" A teary-eyed Chaeryeong came into Jihyo's arms. "Ji! Chaeryeong almost got kidnapped!" That left them both surprised " These guys were planning to sell Chaeryeong! Good thing the cops came and rescued Chaeryeong!" Seulgi shakily answered back. "I'm glad you're safe, baby!" Jihyo sighed in relief and kissed the younger child
"Now I'm gonna stay here again with my friends!" Chaeryeong happily replied but Jihyo was against it " Nu-uh, you're coming home with us." Jihyo smiled wide and the couple hugged the small child. "You guys are my mom and dad now?" The child questioned, "Yes Chaer, We are" Daniel replied

1 month later
"Go open it Chaer!" Daniel cheered and Chaeryeong opened the gift "I can't read it mama! Help me!" The little child sighed and Jihyo chuckled "It says, you're our official child now Chaer!" Chaeryeong jumped in joy "YAAAAY!!!!" Chaeryeong was happy and they had their family time for a while, but then Daniel's secretary knocked "Sir, Here's the results!" They conducted a DNA test just in case. "Open it." Daniel slowly moved the lid "Says here that's......... 99.999%!" They were surprised, after all, Chaeryeong was their lost Child! "What does it say, mama?" Jihyo happily said "Chaeryeong, You are our real child! Which means we are your real parents, we didn't adopt you. You came to us" Jihyo cried happy tears while hugging the child and Chaeryeong hugged her back. "But... How was that possible?" Daniel asked

"There must be someone who saved her sir, but we do not know who" His assistant spoke up
"I'm just glad Chaeryeong's back with us again. After years of waiting, turns out she's here all the time" Daniel spoke and hugged the younger
"I'm happy too dada!" Chaeryeong replied
