"So you're leaving me alone with Yeji for a week?" Dahyun, confused asked Momo. "Yes, and I'd wish you both all the luck in understanding each other"
Momo said while packing up going to Japan
"Welp, Mother-Daughter week for us i guess." Dahyun sighed, "It's not that I dont wanna be with her but- I'm afraid I don't know how to handle her."

"And that is why i left you both for a week, you two haven't had any personal time except the time we went to the vacation. And that was two weeks ago."
Momo explained, meanwhile Dahyun still a nervous wreck

"Well, See you soon. Take care, Love you" Dahyun kissed Momo's cheeks and she left.
"Whew, Goodluck to me and Yeji" Dahyun muttered to herself

"Hey Yeji, Time to wake up. You still have school young lady" Dahyun carried Yeji downstairs
"Mom, I- NOOO WAIT HIIII MAMA" Yeji squealed in excitement, "Yes, Its me with you" Dahyun squished her cheeks (I'm sorry i find it v cute HAHAHAH)
"But where did Mom go?" the younger asked,
"She went to Japan, grandma needs her at home"
Dahyun explained and Yeji pouted. "Erm- Anyways! What do you want for breakfast?" She asked making the little one brighten up. "Uhhhh-- eggs and bacon pleaaaaseee" Yeji twirled in happiness, Dahyun then nodded

"Here you go! One egg and bacon for my princess!"
Yeji smiled, "Thank You Mama!!" She took one bite and happily chewed
"I have a question" Yeji fiddled with her fingers "please don't get mad at me" Dahyun nodded "Continue Yeji" the younger then cleared her throat and said
"When will i have a little brother?" Yeji lowered her head and Dahyun- almost choked at toast. "Eh- W-Why would you say so?" Yeji looked up. "I want a playmate though" she said while playing with the hem of her shirt
"Well, We're not yet ready for another baby though. But maybe In a few years? When you grow up?"
Dahyun explained while sipping coffee, "Oh then okay" Yeji then continued to chew down her breakfast

At School
"Bye Mama! I'll see you laterr!!" she gave Dahyun a hug. "Study well! I'll meet you later" Dahyun waved back to Yeji and they both parted ways

Dahyun arrived at the studio where she works with Chaeyoung in. "Heyyy brooo, hows the parenting going?" Chaeyoung asked. "It's good, we've been bonding already. she's having so much fun" Dahyun smiled, "Well wish you luck man! see you later" Chaeyoung left Dahyun and went to her workplace.

"We're good, we had a lot of fun before she went to school"

"weird that she asked something while we were eating breakfast" *chuckles*

"about a younger brother"

"pfft- (Momo almost choking) wHaT"

"yes. that's what I'm saying"

"um,,, o-okay, but do you want one tho ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)"

"well maybe once she grows up or next month?"

"I- okay i gotta go now hyun, talk to the both of you later"

ahyun dropped the call and proceeded to her workspace, she met her co-worker and seatmate Joy (p.s wow she appeared twice on my stories now lol)

"Hey Dubs! how's life?" Joy greeted, "I've been good lately, I'm left with Yeji at home for a while" Dahyun said while preparing her laptop. "Having a hard time with her am i right?" Joy said while pressing random buttons on the screen

"Yeah, I'm afraid I don't know her as well as Momo does" Dahyun sighed. "Man that takes time too, I've been like that with my boys but well... guess I did know them as well Wendy does" Joy muttered. " If you're patient enough then you'll know her as soon as possible, anyways goodluck Dahyun" Joy pats her shoulder and they both continued to work.

It's now lunchtime and school's over for Yeji too, Dahyun walked to her school and met the younger child. "HIIII! I'm done with school mama!" Yeji being energetic child she is greeted her, "Hello, How's school?" Dahyun asked and carried the younger
"uhhh I learned a lot like colors and numbers! also I earned a star from my special Japanese class today!" Yeji smiled and shown Dahyun her stars

"Woah, you've been learning a lot lately! as a prize lets eat at McDonald's! don't tell mom though" Dahyun and Yeji chuckled
"okay!" Yeji snickered

"Is it good?" Dahyun asked "mhm yum yum!" Yeji continued munching the food and noticed something, "Uh mama aren't you gonna eat?" Yeji asked, "Well, I'm still full and seeing you happy makes me full" Dahyun smiled and pats Yeji's head "ooh okay but still eat" Yeji offered a french fry and gave it to Dahyun that she accepted. "That's so nice of you, thanks!" Dahyun ate the french fry and Yeji smiled at her

"I'm still not done with work, so you're staying with me for a while then we can do anything at home, got it?" Dahyun explained and the younger nodded. "Yay! I'm seeing where you work mama!" Yeji skipped

"Heyy Yeji! do you still remember me?" Joy asked "Mhm! you're aunt Joy! and I played with Seungmin and Felix too" Yeji sheepishly answered. "Nice! gimme a high five!" Joy reached her hand out and Yeji high fived her as well. "I'm staying here too?" Yeji swiveled in the office chair beside Dahyun "Yes sweetie now you can do whatever you want"

Lisa then arrived seeing Yeji on her chair and reached out to her
"omg Yeji helloooo! It's been a while and you're a big kid now!"
Lisa smiled "Mhm aunt Lisa! I've grown taller too!" Yeji smiled
"Oh hey Lis!" "Heyy Lisa" The two greeted. "Sorry I came late today, Jinwoo was sick lately." Lisa sat on the chair and opened her laptop. "That's okay bro, hopefully Jinwoo will be well soon" Dahyun replied. "Thanks man" Lisa answered back

Dahyun's shift was over and Yeji fell asleep on the chair. "AAHH She's sooo cute" Joy whispered "I know right, she looks like me" Dahyun confidenly said. "Ew man, just kidding. Now go home and the child seems tired now, keep safe!" Joy waved goodbye and the two left

"Wooow, we're already home?" Yeji suddenly woke up. Dahyun snickered "Yes we are! Do you wanna watch a movie?" Yeji nodded "I wanna watch Zootopia!" Dahyun chuckled "alright put the movie in, but i thought you didn't like that movie?" "Eh it sounds fun everytime i watch it" Yeji swinged her feet. "That's cute of you" Dahyun pats her head

"Do you want popcorn?" Dahyun asked, Yeji nods and continues watching the film while Dahyun puts the pack of popcorn in the microwave. "While we wait, who's your favourite character?" Dahyun asked the younger, "uhh I like all of them because its cute!" Yeji cheered and chuckled while Dahyun laughed

The popcorn was ready and both of them enjoyed eating, and eventually fell asleep. surely it was a nice bond for the both of them.

This was finished during Dec. 7 but I was writing it the whole day of Dec. 6 and published today lololol
