Gryffindor Table
The Twins were scarfing down their food as they just came back from quidditch practice, all of a sudden they felt a weird burning sensation coming from their ring fingers. All of a sudden Professor Quirell ran into the great hall yelling
"THERE'S A TROLL IN THE CASTLE!"
They were beyond shocked to hear that, there were many quirks of the school but a troll in the castle was beyond ordinary.
"Harry, Hermione is alone in the bathroom," Ron said
"She shouldn't be alone, Y/N followed her," Harry responded,
"But still they don't know about the troll, they could be in trouble!"
The twins wanted to test the theory of their soulmates, so they decided to volunteer to say that the first years wouldn't be able to take on a troll.
The teachers ordered the students to head back to their dorms so they could capture the troll themselves without any worry
They ran through the caste until they reached an area that was full of debris.
"The girls bathroom?!" exclaimed Ron
'CRASH!'
A huge ruckus came from the bathroom, someone screamed but it was quieter due to the slightly opened door.
"p-petrificus totalus!" they heard Y/N say.
Fred ran forward and attempted to open the bathroom door,
"It's blocked!"
There was chunks of stone blocking the door from opening, George helped to push the door and it eventually opened. The group looked around and saw you and Hermione against the wall with your wands out and pointed at the troll, the troll had its club out and raised at the two girls.
"Y/N! Hermione!" Fred and George called,
The two girls looked at them in shock as if they didn't realize they were there, Y/N ran to the boys holding Hermione's hand. Y/N ran straight into George's arms, he realized she was trembling horribly and was scared down to her core.
"Wingardium Leviosa!" said Ron,
The trolls club started floating above its head until Ron realeased his spell, sending the club falling down eventually hitting the troll in the head and knocking it out.
Y/N released herself from George's arms completely embarrassed by her actions as she said,
"Sorry!"
George and Fred looked down to see the loop on their rings fingers glowing.
Fred's was on his left finger, George's was on his right finger.
Y/N also looked down and saw her ring fingers glowing,
"So we are soulmates." they both said simultaneously while smiling.
Y/N blushed furiously until the staff walked in,
"What exactly are you doing here!?"
