Silence stretches on in the dark
Time slows down to a crawl
You light up the night with a spark
You're so close yet so far away
Right beside me yet across the world
I talk with you day by day
Treasured memories in my hands I hold
Everyone has someone there for them,
No matter how lonely it may seem.
They will always be by your side
And make sure your shining soul gleams.
The hope within is never lost
