"Your wrong!" I scream "Your wrong" tears were running down my face
"You both are too young to know what love is" she had ahold of my upper arm and was shaking me around "So no, he does not love you. No one will, not after what you have done. Sinner" she hissed before throwing me to the ground
I wrapped my arms around my stomach as I hit the floor, I cried myself to sleep that night. Holding my stomach and screaming until I no longer could. She broke me, I thought I would never recover. I thought she was right; we do not know what true love is. But she is wrong

I shot up and tried to regain my breath, holding my chest I looked at my clock. Four in the morning. It had been a while since I had a nightmare, but this was one memory I tried to keep locked up. That was one of the many times she mentally abused me, I felt like dying right then and there. I almost killed myself once, but I thought of my baby and knew I could not do that.
I pushed the covers off me and made my way downstairs. I walked towards the kitchen and stopped immediately; the backdoor was wide open. I know I locked it, I looked over the door and saw the lock had been removed. I look over at the knife stand and made a dash for it, I grabbed the biggest knife. I took off up the stairs as quick as I could. I burst into Hazels room
I froze right in my spot and saw what looked like a man in all black holding my daughter with a gun to her head and a hand over her mouth. I could not see his full face because of the ski mask, but I could see his lips move into a smirk
"Hello Tessa" he said in a statistic voice "So nice to meet you"
"Let go of my daughter" I growled
"No, I can't do that. Sorry" he cocked his head to the side with a big smirk on his lips "Well I can't let either of you go actually"
"I'm going to kill you" I took a step forwards, but stopped
"You take another step and I'll kill her; I only really need one of you"
"What do you want with us? Take whatever you want, leave us alone"
"I'm sorry, I don't want anything you have. I want what Asher has" Asher? what could he want that Asher has? "I want his gang; I want to be number one" he answered my unspoken question
"We have nothing to do with Asher, I barely know the guy"
"Don't play dumb Tessa" he moved the gun towards me "I know that this is his kid and his lover" he laughed dryly "And you two are my key to the top"
Before I could move, I heard a loud gun like sound go off and pain irrupt in my stomach. I dropped the knife and grabbed at the hole. Blood came rushing out as I stumbled backwards and fell to the ground. I heard a tiny scream, and everything started to sound like it was far away. I started to cough, and I felt man like hands start to grab me
I try and look to see who it was, but they were wearing a mask. They started to go downstairs, and I could hear Hazel crying my name as we existed the house. I was thrown into the back of a van type deal, there was a little girl scream as a door closed
"Mamma!" Hazel was hovering over me as my vision began to leave "Mamma! What is going on? Why are you bleeding" she was crying while holding my hand?
"Everything is going to be ok. Haz, whatever happens know I love you" I kissed her tiny hand, the next thing I know darkness took over my body
