*For this method you have to meditate!!!(For others its recommended lol)*

-After meditating say "I am" affirmations(See "Affirmations" chapter for examples)

-Once you get a symptom of shifting(see "Signs of Shifting" chapter) say identity affirmations(See "Affirmations" chapter for definitions and examples) Don't look at your script during this entire process.

-Once you feel disconnected from your body, visualize your DR until you feel your surroundings change.

-Once your surroundings change, open your eyes(again I HEAVILY suggest that you script that your eyes automatically open once you're in your DR or script that you smell a certain scent or hear a certain word.)
