Kim Sunoo.
That very name would ring in her head just about every minute - every second.
After all, sometimes it felt as if she didn't exist without him. Like she was just a shell of a person and her soul was off floating with him.
Her eyes landed on the television.
"This just in: someone has filed a missing person's report for a teenage boy by the name of Yang Jungwon. If anyone comes in contact with the boy they are urged to contact officials immediately..."
She frowned as she heard the news anchor babble on.
Eyes became blurry, zoning out everything around her. She stopped thinking, she was in her own time, her own world at this time.
Happy. Yes, happy, Dai-Lan felt happy. For Sunoo, for she felt less at fault for his feud with his parents. She would do anything to reconnect with her parents -- but she simply couldn't.
She looked around the small basement, picking up an empty ramen cup.
Nonetheless, she had Sunoo, and that's all that she needed.
