One week has passed since you ask everyone on their goals and you have gathered a lot of information regarding most of them, therefore you are ready to give tiny pointers to the main players. Next morning, you head to morning practice and gather everyone around you ready to let them know how they can improve, and you start with Ushijima:

-Ushiwaka senpai, I honestly have nothing for you, because you are that good of a player the only thing that I could come up with is that if you were ambidextrous you'd be unstoppable more than you already are now, but that is my opinion.

-Thanks, miss manager, I will take that into consideration.

-Next, we have Goshiki-kun your line shots are amazing but imagine how much of an asset it would be if you could do cross court shots as accurate as your line shots. For the long run, you can try and bend your back even more so when you release it for your spike it is even more powerful.

-Will do! Thank you so much Y/N-chan.

-Now Shirabu-san may I ask why you change your playing style?

Everybody looks at you in awe by the boldness you display by asking this question. Also, nobody knew what you meant by that question.

-I don't know what you are talking about, he denies.

-Well for everyone playing with you it is not noticeable but for me an outside viewer it is, let me clarify my claim. You are an amazing setter for Ushiwaka senpai, but it seems like sometimes you refrain yourself from doing certain plays because you assign yourself the role of the amazing yet reserve setter. You just want to see our ace shine and there is nothing wrong with that, but you should allow yourself to make more plays and not worry if you outshine Ushiwaka senpai once or twice.

Everyone and I mean everyone's jaw drop on the floor, even the coach's. Shirabu is SHOOKETH to the core that you assessed his situation so accurately. Even though none of what you said was meant in a mean way you just wanted him to improve, Shirabu disliking you for being close to Semi, takes it the wrong way and goes:

-I don't know who you think you are but I will not agree with what you just said about me and who gave you the right to lecture us as if you knew what you were talking about. I am not taking any of your bullshit.

-Shirabu-san I did not intend to offend you and, as a matter of fact I do know what I am talking about.

-Pffft as if, prove it then.

-Bet.You.Me.The court. Lets go, if I win you better take me "bullshit" and I'll be a libero for the game.

Coach Washijō doesn't want to lose either of you as part of the team, so he agrees to you and Shirabu's "battle". Split the crew into two teams, the official line-up against the rest (including you). You guys start the game, and the official line-up has the first serve. Shirabu, wanting to prove you are nothing more than a manager, sets the first ball to Ushijima who spikes it down. You dive trying to receive it and every body is astonish by your quick reflexes but you are still not able to retrieve it properly since it is so strong which give the other team a point. Shirabu smirks at you through the net but then Semi comes behind you and give you a gentle pat on the shoulder and says not to let it get to you. Once again, the official team serves the ball one of your teammate receive it Semi then sets the ball to the opposite spiker which Yamagata receive. Once again Shirabu sets the ball to Ushijima and this time you receive it perfectly and send it right to Semi so he can set it and your team scores. The game goes on for another five minutes and you keep retrieving Ushijima's spike, so you ask for a pause and look at Shirabu and shouts:
