Everybody feels invincible when they are young, as if their life belongs to a comic book where the protagonist is most of the time a hero, whose choices are not that complicated and their only mission is to save the world in order to get a happy ending. Lilith Everglot could admit to anybody who dares to ask that her life is pretty messed up, including the way that she is not —and never will be— the good character. Don't get her wrong, she was happy before arriving to Henrietta; her parents cared for her, the house was never empty and she had the best relationship out of her group of friends. Nevertheless, all ended and Lilith was left in the dark.
Her parents repeated, repeated and repeated that she would feel at home when a few weeks passed, that she would have her new group and that she would be continuing her life like nothing had happened and, as a matter of fact, she was left alone again. This time, dead in the bottom of Rosedale Lake on October 31st. What the Solstice girls and Lilith did not know was that she would be given a second chance by the Lady of the Lake, with one condition: to seek revenge.
