Similar to Kowalski and Queenie, Y/n and Newt had taken a liking to one another. Unfortunately, Y/n was a muggle, a nomaj. So, she had to be obliviated. Y/n and Newt separated themselves from the group, wanting their last moment with each other to be alone. - "What do I even say during something like this?" I laugh sadly, tears streaming down my face. "You don't have to say anything if you don't want to." Newt replies. I look at him, my eyes red and puffy and my cheeks stained with the never ending flow of salty tears. "Your eyes are so much more beautiful when they're not sad. Please don't cry. Please." He begs. "I can't not cry. I'm going to miss you." I sniffle. "This isn't goodbye forever. This is temporary." He assures. "It's not. We both know it." I reply. Newt wiped the tears off my cheek with his thumb. "Can I kiss you?" I ask softly. Newt nodded hesitantly. I lean in, our lips connecting. "Goodbye, Newt." I whisper sadly before stepping out into the rain. Closing my eyes, I prepare myself for my memories of my new friends to be wiped away.
