And it's his fault, again.

What did he do?
What did he do to deserve this?
Why are they always taken from him?
He's been good.
He's been keeping the balance and only destroying what is needed.
He hasn't let his hatred lash out of control since he was corrupted.
So, why?
What are they taken again?
Is the only way to protect his new family to hurt his brother?
Dose he have to kill his brother in order to protect his new family?
Why?
His brother had helped him so much when they were younger.
His brother may be oblivious and unknowingly hurt him but, he's still his brother.
Gone.
Again.
That arrogant asshole has taken them, again.
He will pay.
He will suffer.
He will be incapable of taking them again.
They are hurt.
They are scared.
They need his help.
So he will hurt.
He will be scared.
He will beg for help.

Killer stares at Nightmare from across the meeting room table nervously.
Ever since the initial scream, he has been deathly quiet. And the silence scares him more than anything else.
Oh sure! Killer is angry too. He's pissed in fact! His sibling is being hurt, again! But... Seeing Nightmare so calm and quiet, it's frightening.
Nightmare cared more about that child than anyone here, so the fact that he is so quiet, well... That can only mean that this is the calm before the storm.

Dust throws another series of sharpened bone attacks at the training dummies, gritting his teeth in frustration.
This, this is why he doesn't open up to anyone.
This is why he refused to care for anyone.
This is why he can't love.
This his why he kills for LOVE.
He couldn't save them.
He wasn't there.
He wasn't strong enough.
And because he was weak, they are gone.
Just like before.
Dust knows he should be in the meeting room, helping the others come up with a plan for rescuing them, but he just can't stand to sit still.
Not when he could be getting stronger, so that next time, he can protect the people he cares about.
