It’s a normal day with nothing unusual happening. You do your usual chores and call it a day after dinner which is usually eggs and orange juice. You start preparing to sleep, setting up alarm for the next day. Suddenly, it gets darker outside, there is lightning followed by thunder so loud it could make anyone deaf. You hold onto your blanket tightly wishing it stops.
Later when it stops you sigh with relief and wonder if you should get a roommate as suggested by your parents and then you think it would be too much to handle someone’s presence. You slowly drift off to sleep undecided.
Next Day
Triing – Triing rings the alarm. You turn it off and go to the bathroom. There’s a sudden knock at the bathroom door making you jump since you live alone. You open to find a strong flash almost blinding you. You open your eyes and notice you are not at your home but somewhere else.
