There once was a boy who always cut,
If someone were to notice, he would blame the cat.

The boy liked to cut, especially at night,
In the bathroom where no one can see, except the light.

He would always wear long-sleeved shirt, even if it's hot,
'Coz you see, he has lots of cuts.

He'd smile as bright as the sun,
And act as if everything is fun.

But every night, he'll cry his eyes out,
Silently, since he can't wake his mother up for being loud.

One day, the boy cut his wrist really deep and was sent to the hospital,
It's nothing critical, just fatal.

When he got home, he was scolded by his mother for doing such a thing,
A life he'd never have, he always dreamed.

Tomorrow morning, he saw how bright it was outside,
Flowers and plants became his guide.

He's in a state where he's been wanting a healthy place he can live,
That no one can give.

The next day, it was raining,
He was slowly dying.

Tomorrow, it was still raining, but with bright sunlight giving life to everything,
Including him who was having a hard time breathing.

He slowly stared into the air,
Hoping he could still have the pain beared.

The next day, the sun, once again, shone brightly,
Just think of it as something highly.

That night, he saw how many stars shine even thought it's dark,
Even thought it should be hard.

He then decided to stop cutting his wrist,
He made a plan list.

He planned to see more sunlight, more stars,
More love and more life.

He hugged his cat named Clay,
He decided that he would never push everything away.

He decided to stop cutting,
And just continue living.

This must be the longest I ever made! Umm... Don't be sad! Everything will be fine! I'm not meaning to tell you that you'll get used to it.. But everything will be fine. Every wound will heal! The scars may remain.. but let's act like a soldier! It's battle wounds, let's not give up and fight for our life. Because life is always and will always be worth living.
