General Rules

These are my general rules/what my daily diet looks like

- little/no carbs
- no meat (i'm vegetarian)
- green tea first thing in the morning
- lots of water
- mostly fruits n veggies
- no eating past 6
- intermittent fast (12-6)
- exercise: no rules (try to walk a lot)
- lots of leaves
- coffee (a lot haha)
- no junk food (i don't really like it tbh)
- gum (i chew a lot of gum)

- breakfast 11-12 (fruits)
- lunch 2-3 (veggies)
- dinner 5-6 (protein veggies)
- snack (nuts & dried fruit)
