breakfast:
- green tea
- apple & tomato salad
- handful of nuts & cranberries
- iced coffee

lunch:
- 1/4 cup of trail mix
- iced coffee

dinner:
- egg
- broccoli & tomatoes
- cranberries

Exercise:
- 10 minutes of yoga

I've noticed a significant difference in decrease in bloating and more defined body overall. My jawline is more visible, and my abs are slightly visible (from less sodium intake and ab workouts). Overall my body look slimmer and more defined.

I usually wake up at 7:00 am, but eat brunch at 12:00 (because I intermittently fast), so I've found that I'm usually super hungry by then. I'm still a bit hungry after my meals in this diet, so I snack on nuts & cranberries. The problem is, they're quite high in calories so it's not the best thing the snack on.
