For the next week I will be loosely following Blackpink Jennie's Diet. The food I will be eating will be based off of what Jennie eats on her diet.
The diet:
- brunch: avocado tomato salad & detox juice
- dinner: healthy foods that are low in sodium
- main focus is eating foods with little/no sodium
- exercise: Jennie does pilates/dance choreoDay 1:
- green tea
- apple, tomato, spinach salad
- cold brew w honey
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cup trail mix
- veggies
- shrimp
- cranberriesexercise:
- 15 minutes yoga
- 15 minutes absI've seen people include an egg in the brunch salad but i forgot this morning. I also do not like avocado much, so I replaced it with an apple. Also I'm sorry from yesterday (bc I went on a run for the second day in a row) so I just decided to do yoga and abs.
