ANASTASIA REMEMBERS VIVIDLY THE DAY SHE AND LUKE MET ON ACCIDENT. She remembers the day, how she felt, the smell of Seattle weather, it had rained the night before, she felt excitement in her bones feeling it was going to be an okay day.

She was walking down the street as an annual bike race in Seattle was that day. She had pulled back a coworker of her, her resident Dr. Gutierrez from being run over from a dozen bike riders.

"It had to be today!" Gemma screams seeing the bikers, they got many injured from the races, and she met him on that day when he dropped off his sister Mavis. He bumped into her and held her in place from falling.

"I uh, sorry." She says quickly looking up at him surprised, his blue eyes captivating her every feature. Her hazel eyes, her nose, her eyebrows and every feature of her face.

"No, I'm sorry." He says, and she smiles a little. She felt a little nervous, around him.

"It's okay." She says and her beeper goes off.

Later that day a coworker of Luke's got shot, and he brought him in. She was working on the case, she has scrubbed in for the surgery with Dr. Gutierrez. The way he flirted with her not subtly and her rolling her eyes at him, not impressed.

"Hey mom!" Maddy says brining Anastasia out of her memory.

"Yes sweetie?" Anastasia asks.

"Do you plan on leaving this camp?" Maddy asks.

"Why?" She asks her daughter.

"To find Dad, he's not here." Maddy says, she and Melly had recently found out Anastasia wasn't her biological mother, last year. It was hard on all of them, especially on Maddy's, Melly's and Anastasia's relationship. "I was mad at him, before he left for work. I didn't, get to fix it." She says, Anastasia holds her hand.

"Dad, knows you love him, you love him even when you're mad at him." She says looking at her daughter, Maddy knew her mother was telling the truth.

"You remember the day after Val won her first game?" Maddy asks making Her mother smile and she nods.

"I remember." Anastasia says, that day Luke and her had been fighting that morning before that game. It was about something small, but Anastasia was mad.

"And how we cheered her on, and dad got us ice cream after." Maddy says.

"Yes, I do hun." Anastasia says.

"Even, when you and dad were angry at each other, you two always showed up for us. I heard you two arguing before he left for the the job." Maddy says. "I was so mad at him, I was angry, for him needing to go do his job. Mel and I had a dance recital the next day..." She says, Anastasia nods and she wraps her arms her.

"Maddy, your dad loves you, he loves you more than life itself." Anastasia says, Maddy nods.

"You told him I said I loved him, when I didn't. When we were at Uncle Shane's house. You lied for me, but I didn't say I love him, and I want to see him." Maddy says with watery tears.
