Chapter 2 Taken away

Poppy Pov

I have not seen or heard from branch ever since the rumors going everywhere that every single troll is being murdered every day, I felt scared I didn't want to be alone I tried contacting him so many times I don't understand why he been gone that long being away from everyone this wasn't like him I went around his place finding it still the same I even knocked he didn't answer

It was cloudy evening and I just had assumed he didn't want to be bothered by this time I gave up and left away to find hickory me and hickory became friends despite his mistake I find it very strange every time me and hickory hangs out branch looks at him with such hate, he never really liked him......I wondered why      

 Is it......because? branch is in love with me he hated seeing me with another guy......I ignored that thought because I believe it's not true or maybe 

I continued walking down feeling a little lost I suddenly I felt a tap on the shoulder I turned around to see branch with an insane smile on his face he was covered in blood then looked behind him was a bat in his hand that was as well covered in blood I felt my heart was going to jump out my throat seeing him in this horrifying way I gulped up my words trying to not say the wrong thing since this whole time he was the murderer

"Branch hey buddy how's it going?"

His smile turned annoyed and rolls his eyes laughing

"Well, um you see poppy you will no longer call me your buddy you only will persist me as your future boyfriend"~

He grinned very creepily pulling me closer to him and put a smelly rag over my mouth and nose a pungent smell filled my nostrils-traveling straight up to my brain causing it to shut down

I could feel the life flying out of my body as I relentlessly struggled to get out of the painful hold but in the end the chemical won, and I was left unconscious

I can not tell what exactly happened between the time I was knocked out and now when I was in this strange and room for I had no memory of the events succeeding my abduction

I woken up on large bed in a gloomy room it was cold and ghastly the silence was deafening which was however interrupted by the loud sound of rain beating hard on the glass windows

I came to realize this was branch's bedroom I couldn't help but feel afraid is he going to kill me next why we been friends for years

I walked up to the door and tried opening it but it was locked from outside I quickly looked out the windows to escape but they were tightly bolted

The door silently opened I came face to face with branch his creepy grin was not there he was angry at this point

He didn't say anything to me his face darkened making my skin shiver in fear I was too scared to move....but before I could do anything he yanked me by my wrist

"You're hurting me,"I cried as he pulled me closer to him fiercely and twisted my arm while constantly staring at me with his evil eyes

My screams had no effect on him instead it made him more angry and pushed me against the wall pinning my hands above my head as he breathed furiously near me "you need to learn some manners," he growled

My heart was beating out of my chest and tears were pouring down there hard

He was an inch away from me me I could almost feel his breath on my face my wrists hurt badly as I kept on struggling to free myself, but his hold was too strong his soiled chest pressed against my breasts, and it hurt it hurt everywhere

I was not tall troll, and he was bigger compared to me on top of his increased height was his strong body that made him more menacing

He smashed his lips on mine forcing me to kiss him making me cringe in disgust with him I moved my head away crying desperately

I obeyed him my body was aching, especially my wrists and I gently rubbed them to ease the pain as I sat down on the bed like he told me to do he came and stood in front of me
