How you meet
-your grandma and his were really good friends with each other and sometimes even came over to his or your house to have tea
-so as expected one day you were invited to come have some tea with them, but with a surprise
-"there's gonna be a handsome young man around your age coming too! Maybe you guys can make my great grandchildren someday!"
-very funny grandma, not like that's gonna happen and you two fall madly in love with each other 300 words later

Becoming friends
-while your grandma and his vibe with each other screaming and laughing about Nancy's ugly cardigan the both of you kinda just stayed quiet and listen to them about how ugly that cardigan was
-eventually though they both forced you too guys to talk and he spoke up first and introduced himself to you while you did the same
-needless to say you guys had a nice conversation and both grandma's left you guys to have a fun time
-jk they saw the chemistry from a mile away and decided to give y'all some ~alone time~

-granny knew what she was doing and decided to have tea time more often
-half the time her friend wasn't even there so you and Kita just had some tea and talked
-but neither of you weren't really complaining and decided to take that time to get to know each other
-it was really fun and you guys had fun talking about school and how easy/difficult it was

Realizing his feelings for you
-it was more gradual than it was rushed
-he would notice one little habit you would have and keep that in mind, and would find it cute sometimes
-eventually he started thinking about those habits of yours even more which transitioned to him thinking about you
-so now he would think that everything you would do is adorable, so now he can't even look at you with a straight face

Asking you out on a date
-if he was gonna ask a girl out he was gonna do it like a gentleman, that's what his grandma suggested
-he wrote out a confession to you and did the confession under a Sakura tree
-so as the leaves were falling with the slightly windy weather, he gave you the letter to read and after reading it you said yes
-stereotypical as heck but imagine it, you can't not like it

Date: homemade dinner
-sounds hella fast for a first date, but you guys have been to each other's house before so it's not like it's super weird or anything
-let me tell you, he can COOK
-he'd help you if you were struggling with anything and would tuck in your hair if it was in the way
-and the food was so good too you guys had to make extra cause your family loved it
