King Pov

When we pulled up to my mom's house it was a lot of cars in the driveway. "Bae,  I'm nervous.. " mia said wiping her hands on her jeans.

"Stop,  You gone be fine. Moms already likes you so that's all that matter. "I said rubbing her hand.

"Daddy I hungry." Cali said.

"There's food here baby." I said turning the engine off.

I got out the car and opened and helped Cali out. Then I opened the door and helped Mia out. "Come on you shouldn't be so shy." I said the Mia.

I held Cali's hand,  and wrapped my other free arm around Mia's waist.

When we got the door music was full basted..I turned the knob to open the door. When we walked in immediately my family members began to walk up to us.

My Aunt Joyce,  is like a second mother walked up to Me and embraced me in her arms. "Hey boy! Who's this pretty lady and cute little princess.?"

"Aunt Joyce This is my daughter Cali,  and my girlfriend Mia."

"Ohh,  well nice to meet, you little cutie " she said rubbing cali's face.  "And finally Khali has brought home a Beautiful girl and not an hood rat. " she said extending her arms to hug Mia.

"Nice to meet you ma'am." Mia said with a smile.

"Oh girl,  call me Aunt Joyce " she said slowly hitting her shoulder.

"Okay Aunt Joyce,  but where can me and Cali put these gifts? " mia asked.

I was about to walk away when my cousin Terrain pulled me into a hug. "Wassup boy!! " he said.

"Nun much, just living at this point. "

"Man, I haven't seen you in a while. Who's that chick you got with you? " he asked sipping from his cup.

"That's my girl mia, and that little one is my daughter Cali. "

"Damn you got a little girl! I've really been missing."

"I guess so." I laughed.

"NO you didn't come in this house and didn't say hey to your mother.! " my mom say walking towards me with Mia and Cali.

"Happy Birthday mom." I said with a wide grin.

As the day went by the guess had made their way to the backyard.

Most of my family was either playing cards or dominos.

"My son Khali would like to have Y'all attention for a second or to." My mom said.

Everyone stopped what they were doing to give their complete attention.

As I made way in front of them Mia's face expression was priceless.

"Mia can you come up here for a second? " I asked with a smirk.

Mia's Pov

As I made my way to the front where king stood I was completely confused.

"Baby, Since we've been together you've brought out the good in me. Even when things got rough you continued to Love me. I know I've done things that have hurt you,  but I can honestly said you're the only person who would like to spend my life with. You complete me, and Cali loves you.  You're everything a guy could ask for. I love you. You bring out the best in me. Mia Combs will you make me the luckiest man and marry me?" King said holding the little box that held a white gold ring with a big diamond surrounded by little diamonds.

Hearing king say all those things brought tears to my eyes.

"Yess Yess baby! " I said through tears.

King pulled me into a hug and kissed me.

Cali ran over and clapped "yayyee mommy and daddy!!"

Me and king both laughed.
