"idiot" jisung muttered under his breath, covering his face out of embarassment,

"dumbass" somin retorted, also finally calmed down after joining jisung's crying session and unable to stop herself once her tears fell,

"oh now you've finally stopped crying" jisung scoffed, peeking at the girl teasingly from the gap between his fingers,

"you were the one who cried first," somin jeered, angrily mushing the hotpack in her hands, occasionally glancing at jisung who was now back on the bench, 

"you're really mean, you know that" jisung mumbled, slouching his shoulders as he stared at somin, pouting while he's at it,

he broke into a fit of giggles when somin stared back at him, frowning as she clearly expresses her feelings,

"but i have to say," jisung muttered, reaching over for somin's hand, interwining them together, "i expected this much" 

he smiled warmly when somin's eyebrow arched, asking for him to elaborate, 

"if i told you i liked you, but i have no emotional attachment whatsoever, would you be offended?" jisung asked, 

"what you're trying to say is that you're not hurt as much because you never really were emotionally attached to me in the first place, no?" somin muttered to herself, 

"answer my question geez" 

"then would you feel offended if i told you that you, having no emotional attachment to me is great?" somin chuckled, 

"that was like 5% kinda offensive to be honest" jisung lowkey gasped, 

"what you said earlier was even more offensive" somin retorted, rolling her eyes as she sighed,

"it's a part of me, i guess" jisung mumbled, 

"what? not being able to emotionally attach yourself to your loved one?" somin asked, 

"you're referring to yourself as my loved one?" jisung teased, giggling when somin's face flushed red, flustered with the sudden attack,

"alright, loved one" jisung chuckled, "yeah, i think it's a part of me, not being able to fully attach to..you, or whoever" 

"does that mean you're not a possessive type of boyfriend?" somin asked, enjoying how their hands were intertwined together, the warmth this simple act produces,

"i..dont think so?" jisung muttered, unsure since, well, he's never dated before, how is he supposed to know?

"but i do get jealous" he added, suddenly serious, "a lot of times" 

"so does that make you possessive?" 

"i'm not sure, do you not like your boyfriend being possessive?" jisung asked, turning to the girl when she suddenly went silent, seemingly thinking about it, 

"well that...sounds nice, but maybe not too possessive?" somin muttered, "if he's super possessive, wouldn't he ban me from doing a lot of stuff?" 

"what are these stuff you're trying to do, particularly?" jisung asked, chuckling

"haven't thought about it yet" somin muttered blankly, 

the two stayed silent for a bit, enjoying the cold breeze hitting their skin, hand in hand, just living the moment,

somin couldn't believe the situation they're in right now, 

she'd expected jisung to leave as soon as he got his feelings across, but he's right here beside her,
