I woke up the next morning only to realize it was Monday, I look over to Maya and she's still in deep sleep. I grab my pillow and throw it at her "WOAH!" She yells, she then sits up and looks at me, I just smiled, the same innocent smile I always do. "Good Morning" I tell her "morning riles" I smile and go to the bathroom to get changed.

We go to the subway where we met up with farkle, I had missed him I hadn't seen him since the last day before spring break "FARKLE" I ran up to him with Maya behind me and hugged him "hey riles, hey Maya" Maya smiles "come here!" She says brining him In for a hug. "So how was your spring break farkle?" I asked him "oh I went upstate with my family to some ice skating resort thing" "oh that's cool! Did you have fun?" "I did actually, what about you guys?" He asked us "it was incredible, the beach, the weather, Disney land. It was all so amazing, you should visit sometime!" He starts laughing "what? I'm not joking just ask Maya!" I say looking at Maya "it's beautiful, forreals" "I didn't say I didn't believe you, it seems amazing" we just smile and wait till the train stops at our stop.

It was lunch time and farkle had announced that he had to tell us something "Guys, I'm dating isadora, I finally got the guts to ask her out" he says smiling really big "awe farkle! That's amazing, I haven't seen isadora in forever." She had gone to a different school after 7th grade like Lucas but she and Farkle still stayed in contact, I haven't really seen her all year which seems crazy when I think of it. "She's right there" he says looking at the entrance of the cafeteria..woah! She changed, she doesn't wear glasses, she had curled her hair and had on clothes I would wear, she looked amazing, she was beautiful before but remember that one time me and Maya gave her a makeover? Well when we did, her beauty didn't effect her mind or intelligence it made her feel confident and smart. I smiled when she reached our table and sat next to farkle. "Hey isadora, remember me?" I ask her "how can I forget you? Hey riley how've you been" she says smiling at me, I smile back "I've been great!" "Well that's good, how are you and Lucas? Did he ever ask you out" "actually yeah, we've been dating for like 6ish months now" "aw that's great!" I smile and start to wonder, where's Lucas? "Uh guys be right back"

I had been looking for Lucas around for a while now and lunch was gonna end in like 10 minutes. I was about to give up when I walked by a classroom and heard "come one Lukey, riley doesn't deserve you, you deserve someone as beautiful and popular as I am" Lauren, that was definitely Lauren's voice "Lauren look-" Lucas starts to say but I walk into the room and they both looked at me. "Ugh, she's here, I'm leaving" she grabs her bag and leaves the room "I agree Lucas, she's much more prettier than I am, she's more popular than I am, she's better than I am" I say and look down, I'm nothing compared to her, he looks at me...angry? "really riley? You're better than her, she might be pretty but hey guess what? You're beautiful. She might be popular but she isn't helpful and quirky like you are, and no, she's not better than you, you're amazing, in and out, so please, please don't let Lauren or anyone else tell you otherwise baby girl ." I was crying by then "come here" he said holding out his arms "I love you riley" I smile and hug him tighter "I love you too friar, so much"
