James Potter Point of View

The meeting with Dumbledore could not have gone any worse. We insisted that he tell us the truth. Since this is about our son. Our sweet 5 year old son. We need to keep him safe. One day it'll be more difficult to do so.

As a Dad I'm not sure as to how I can keep my boy safe when I can't guarantee anything.

I know its eating Lily up. And she's pregnant with our daughter.

When we got home we put Harry down for a nap. He woke up at the meeting and he of course isn't feeling well at the moment so we put him to bed again.

As soon as Lily and I got back down tbe stairs Sirius entered from our fireplace.

"Prongs. How'd the meeting go?" Padfolt asked

"Bloody fantastic." I said my voice dripping with sarcasm

"What happened?" Padfoot said his voice full of concern

"Nothing good. The Longbottoms as well as James and I were there. As we both were potential parts to the prophecy. To discuss things as the boys grow older. Dumbledore knows nothing. Or atleast he says he knows nothing." Lily said truthfully "Honestly. I wonder if he does know and he's just not saying."

"Wonder what if anything she will have to do with this?" Padfoot speculated out loud

"Dumbledore for sure knows that the baby will have no part of this. Whatever this is. Its all Harry." Lily says
"Our five year old baby will one day have to deal with whatever it is."

"He survived the killing curse Lilypad. He can survive this." Padfoot said
