A B I L I T I E S : ICP can create illsuions based off of the users knowledge and memory of an item or thing. If the user knows the functioning parts of an item or thing, it can make it 'come alive'. When an illsuion 'comes alive', the user can use it as if it were a real life item or thing, most of these being weapons. The user can also control who sees and who doesn't see the illusion.
W E A K N E S S E S : The bigger/more complex an item/thing, the less time it will be 'alive'. The user can also have a hard time differing bewteen what is an illusion and reality, especially when ICP makes unsolicited illusions. ICP cannot/ will not create illusions of humans, due to them always looking wrong (a foot for a hand or no arms).
A P P E A R A N C E : ICP is about 6' 7" and has a black humanoid body. They are muscular and seem to have no gender. They wear a white and black jesters hat with small bells on the tips. Their feet/shoes are pointy and they have sharp black finger nails/fingers. They have traditional clown face paint, but in all black and white. They are always smiling.
S E N T I E N T O R N O ? : ICP is not sentient and cannot speak, but will sometimes make illusions that their user didn't want to be made.

This super scrumptious fic will start when you are about 14, and go until we get about two months before the technical beginning of vento aureo!From there it'll go through the events of Golden Wind, and then maybe a little afterwards. Quick note, no one will be dying in this, I will find a way to save them all I swear it ANNNDDDD the older characters, la squadra , bruno, and abba, will all be aged down to 18 so it is l e g a l!
